Life is all about the give and take. The apartment is small BUT there definitely are perks: - 20 minute train ride from the city - Close to major supermarkets and gyms and movies on foot. Oh and endlesssss food options - Three floors high should flash floods occur - A covered cosy balcony with a couch to gave up at the stars - Very easy to upkeep - Lots of peace and quiet. - Underground secure carpark - Several parks nearby The vibe I want is one of chilled out tranquility and zen. It's a place to rest, read, recharge and work on your side grind, study or hobbies etc. Hosting the odd balcony party /sesh, is great, but it's not a regular thing. Given that I do study and the size of the place, I'm very conscious about noise. This means keeping the lounge room and couch a shared space. We can lounge around on our laptops or read. I'm not really a fan of a TV blaring with reality TV / mainstream news all night 🤢 If you're going to apply, please tell me about yourself! Located on Power st the 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom (recently renovated) property has ample shared living spaces including living room, dining room and reading nook.
