Students/Profs/Travellers around my age would be ideal, but not too picky. Place has quite a big balcony with an awesome view of Hawthorn (as pictured). Sick place for a durry if you smoke. Inside bathroom is a small nook for a washing machine in case you were wondering how clothes get washed. But yeah this place is pretty sick, perfect for students of Swinburne or for anyone who needs quick access to the city. Happy to let you do what you want with the room itself in terms of furnishing.
