There are 3 trams operating near my house, Which are 70 and 75 on Riversdale Rd and 16 tram on Glenferrie Rd. including bills and furniture and you can use the private parking area as well. The rent will be $220 per week for 1 single. So you can pay weekly or fortnightly. It's up to you. However, there are 2 weeks bond and 2weeks notice. It's close to 4 tram lines (109/48/75/12), 15 min walk to Hawthorn Station one way, Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre the other way, 9 min drive to Swinburne University / Glenferrie Road shops / Hawthorn Aquatic Centre. 15 min tram / bike ride to a farmer's market at Gleadell Street. At the end of the street is the Yarra River (Main Yarra Trail) which is lovely for walks and bike rides.
