Our house is in a great location, very safe suburb and tucked away from road noise and traffic on our quiet street. There is a little street community which is very friendly, our neighbours are quiet and we have a nice communal park area out the front which gets good sun and gives a leafy vibe.
We are perfectly placed, short walk to heaps of cafes, pubs and bars around hawthorn. Short walk to both 70/75 trams into the city or to nearby camberwell Junction - similar walk to kooyong station. David cycles into the city most days along the scotchmans Creek trail - which is super convenient to anyone working in the city. We also have big woolies and Coles centres just down on Toorak Rd.
The house has a great kitchen with good bench and storage space and a large living area with small private backyard space that is tiled and low maintenance. The room is large, with inbuilt closet, south facing window and ac/heating. Upstairs bathroom is spacious, has a bath and double head shower (which slaps).
We also have a garage which we use for storage and clothes drying in winter - we have 2 carparks in the driveway, plus parking on our street and heaps of free parking on auburn rd.

Hi guys!
I am leaving our share house in hawthorn to move in with my partner and we are looking for someone to fill my room.
We are 3 mid-20s guys who all work full time and have a quiet friendly vibe to the house. David works commerce, loves anything sport and thinks the dees are one big trade away from another flag. Luke is a graphic designer who moved across from the UK and we've had a great time showing him around - always out playing social sport and seeing new places.
We are a pretty low key but outgoing, usually up for a cheeky beer or some social sport and all (try to) keep pretty fit. David and I have been here almost 4yrs, and the 3 of us have been together for almost 2 years and the house is very chill and easy going.
Typically head to glenferrie rd for a feed, the auburn, brewery or other nearby pubs/wine bars for a drink, and often head down to the parks along the freeway for a kick of the footy or some backyard cricket. We all have partners who have their own places and have a good balance with visiting each other's houses, so our house is not crowded.
Looking for someone to slot in and bring something new - has been great since luke joined and we've met all the English crowd that he knows in Melbourne too!
