Hello! We are looking for a housemate, who is ideally around our age, to join us in our 3 bedroom house, from late January. The house is really spacious with a wrap around veranda, garden (taken care of by the landlord), high ceilings, generous bedrooms, and an off street car spot for you. We have central gas heating which keeps us toasty for winter. All of the communal areas are fully furnished - the only things we'll be missing are a fridge and a TV (so if you have either that would be mighty convenient!). You'll only need to bring furniture for your room. Your room would be about 3m x 4m with a really high ceiling. We've put up a photo as it's set up currently, but there won't be furniture in it after our current housemate moves. We unfortunately can't have pets with our lease, as much as we would love to. We're close to the corner of Barkers Rd and Glenferrie Rd; about 10 minutes walk from Glenferrie station, supermarkets etc. There's a little independent cinema called Lido nearby and heaps of good eating/ drinking spots close to us as well.
