This is absolutely great house close by to the trams on Riversdale Rd. The Auburn train station and a five minute walk to Swinburne University. Plenty of on street parking and one space in our drive way. HUGE HUGE rooms! Its actually a big house with smaller kitchen but a great outdoor area and small garden. Its cosmetically not the prettiest but we have a brilliant heater in winter and its double brick (well insulated) so it pretty much stays around 21 degrees here all year round. Room comes with queen size bed. Huge desk and desk chair. Also ikea bookshelf, wardrobe and daybed thats also a single bed (i like ikea) even with all this there is a heapppp of space and a ornamental fireplace. The rest of the house is fully furnished including a washing machine.

Hello! We are looking for a housemate to join us in our 3 bedroom house, from mid Feb. The house is really spacious with a veranda, high ceilings, generous bedrooms, and an off street car spot available if you want it (and 2 car permits). We have central gas heating which is great for winter. All of the communal areas are fully furnished and the we've got everything for the kitchen, (except a fridge, we're happy to buy this if you don't have one/ don't want to). You'll only need to bring furniture for your room. Your room would be about 4m x 4m with a really high ceiling and a great sized window. We've put up a photo as it's set up currently, but there won't be furniture in it after our current housemate moves. We're close to the corner of Barkers Rd and Glenferrie Rd; about 10 minutes walk from Glenferrie station, supermarkets etc. There's heaps of good eating spots close to us as well.
