The place is a great art deco flat that is about as close as you can get, to being in a house, while still in a flat. There is an exceptionally pleasant and large balcony adjacent to the lounge room. The place stays rather cool in summer as long as windows etc are kept shut and can be heated easily in winter - there are heater for you to use. There is a fully equiped kitchen and washing machine. It is a lovely little street and you can see the stars most nights. The house and room are fully furnished but if you have your own bedroom things and perhaps a couch we can make it work.
