Located very close to Camberwell Junction we are really spoiled for choice when it comes to amenities. Woolys, Coles and Aldi are all a short walk aswell as a heap of retail options and the Camberwell fresh food market. Likewise for entertainment with and heap of cool cafes, restaurants, bars and the awesome art deco rivoli cinema. We have all the necessities such as kitchen (dishwasher!) and laundry appliances, and plenty of couch space in the lounge room (with ps4 - you're welcome to add your own devices). The location is absolutely amazing! A very short walk to Burke Road, Camberwell Train Station, Swinburne and Camberwell Junction. If you don't have a car you'll get by just fine, however there is a parking space available if you're like me and love to drive everywhere! The room is a good size and easily fits a queen bed, side table and desk/bookshelf. There's a massive inbuilt cupboard, as well as heaps of extra storage in the hallway and a storage unit out the back if needed! I also have a queen mattress and a few other bits and pieces of furniture if needed. The lounge room and kitchen are ridiculously big and can fit some furniture if you've got any to bring along! I already have a washing machine but a dryer is welcome! The toilet is separate from the bathroom which has both a shower and a bath. There's an adorable little balcony I'm keen to do up as well! I'm in the process of decorating and making the apartment feel like a cosy home so I totally welcome any extra furniture or ideas! This apartment suits so many types of people as it's so close to Swinburne, public transport and the city. Preferably I'd like someone who works in hospitality or shift work as my work hours can be a bit all over the place. But I’m pretty quiet so anyone would fit in :) Rent is $920 a month, plus a bond, bills not included but will be shared and split equally, unlimited internet available for $30 a month. The apartment is only 1 year old, so still nice and new. Very light and warm with open plan living and great balcony to enjoy the afternoon sun. It is located next to Auburn station which provides easy access into the city or surrounding suburbs. Hi Everyone, I've just moved into this two bed apartment and looking for someone to join me :) It's pretty big with a huge front terrace and a little garden out back. Working towards the dream of having some veggies growing but the plants just keep dying so it's not a requirement but if you know how to keep a plant alive you'll already be ahead of the pack. Nice open plan kitchen/living area and the bedrooms are away from that space which is good. Secure entry, internet, laundry, heating etc. There are a lot of apartments in the building but I hardly ever see anyone, there's even a little water feature out the front of the terrace. Trams down bridge rd, swan st and glenferrie road just outside but because we're at the back of the block it isn't too noisy. Beautiful big park on the river just across the road and close to all the shops you could want.
