It is situated in between Glenferrie and Camberwell, and within walking distance to both shopping precincts. There are several great bars and restaurants nearby. It is a seven minute walk to Auburn Station, which makes commuting into the city very convenient! The House: A modern, converted warehouse with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (each with separate toilets) in a multi-story town house! It has separate lounge and dining areas, with an outdoor courtyard and a new kitchen with a dishwasher. The available bedroom is on the ground floor; directly connected to a shared bathroom that you will share with Dom. You will have your own personal sink space and heaps of storage space! If you're after a place to call home during that time or just for a few weeks, then this could be it (min stay - 3 weeks, max stay - 5 weeks). The unit is in a group of about 22 set on a quiet leafy street. There's a park just across the road with views to the city, so many wines are had there as we watch the dogs run around the park. Pets considered as its an animal loving house, but please note we do not have a backyard but there is a grassy courtyard downstairs. It's a bright and airy unit, with a spacious bathroom and kitchen, comfy couches and a washer and dryer. We have colourful decor, and its the perfect place to crash or call home if you are down for a holiday or visiting family/ friends over this period at all! Camberwell Junction is a 20 minute walk, or you can hop on the 72 just up the street along Burke Rd. You can also walk to Tooronga Station in 20 minutes, be at Camberwell Station or the numbers 70 and 75 trams in no time! We also have a bus somewhere on Tooronga Rd. Anderson Rd, our street, runs between Burke Rd and Tooronga Rd and is about two blocks back from Toorak Rd. There is also a Coles shopping centre within a 10 minute walk.

A room with a view! This apartment has the most amazing view of Fritsch Holzer Park and you will be able to see the whole park from your bed. We have reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area (although it is barely needed), as well as a full kitchen with a dishwasher. Your room has an ensuite bathroom and built in wardrobes. There is also a door to the balcony. The room comes unfurnished, but there is an opportunity to buy the current furniture from my departing housemate. The apartment is a ten minute walk from Camberwell or Auburn train stations, and a five minute walk through the park to the 70 or 75 tram. There are lots of great cafes and gyms all within walking distance. Included in the rent is NBN internet, and other bills are split between us (they are never very much though)

My boyfriend and I are moving interstate on December 20th and we are looking for someone to transfer the lease of our amazing one-bedroom apartment with one covered car spot. We are looking for an extra $1000 for everything included. The place is super convenient for Public Transport, its a 5 minute walk to Auburn Station, or 10 to Camberwell (7 if you rush it...) Swinburne Uni is just around the corner and Central Gardens if you like a nice park. There are some great places around to eat and drink, Glenferrie Road is about 15 minutes walk away and Burke Road/Camberwell Junction around 10. There are a ton of great Cafe's on Burwood Road too.
