This is a great apartment on the second floor of a two story building. It is on a nice and quiet street with no through traffic - easy for parking. Camberwell Junction is a 15 minute walk, and the nearest supermarket is a 10 minute walk to Glenferrie Road. Auburn train station is a 5 minute walk. From the front door to Flinders Street, it can be as little as 20 minutes. The apartment is fully furnished, except the spare bedroom. There are two balconies, with lots of options for getting some sunshine in your life. We are very lucky that the neighbours can't see into our balcony, so there is plenty of privacy.
