It takes 5 mins walking to the uni, 3 mins walking to the Auburn station and 1 min to 624 bus stop which directs to Caufield station (Monash uni) and Chadstone shopping center. Also tram 75 to Deakin Uni is just around the corner. The room is fully furnished and available at the start of June 2019. Rent is $190pw ($817 per month). You need to pay one month rent in advance with one month bond. The house will be fully furnished. You get a large built in wardrobe & a double bed. You will also get off street parking & you can use all the furniture & items in the house. All bills will be shared monthly which would be approx ($10-$15 a week)

It’s really a perfect upmarket location and close to Swinburne University and CBD, Camberwell has everything you need! The rent for the room is just $220 PW / $953 PCM (not including bills). Bond is $440. The apartment has polished floor boards, and is clean with lots of light. There is fast internet, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, side table, and a clothes hanger and wardrobe / dresser. Also has lots of light and a private balcony attached. You don't need to bring any furniture, just yourself. The street is a cul-de-sac, so there is very little traffic and it’s nice and quiet. Public Transport and Amenities: Camberwell is a popular and central area! There are fantastic little cafes and bars in walking distance, including lots of shops and amenities. The station is a 5 minute walk and then it's 15 - 20 minutes to the city by train. Swinburne University is also a 15 minute walk through the park and takes me 5 minutes on my bike. Who I Am Looking For: Male working professional or male international student wanted (no couples) aged between 25 - 35 for at least 6 months - with the possibility of long term and willing to sign onto the lease for the duration if required. Must be financially stable. I am a relaxed guy, but I do like to keep a clean, good energy home, so I am looking for a housemate who uses his common sense, is respectful, naturally clean and can pay rent and bills on time.

Hi All, I am looking to rent one of the rooms of my Three Bedroom Townhouse in Hawthorn East. The house is a medium sized town house with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas. Each room has a built in wardroom, and can fit a queen sized bed. I am a laid back 30 year old professional working in the city who is up for a beer but also like my privacy, The Rent is $1087.00 PCM including all bills such as Foxtel, Internet, Gas ect. I would also need one months rent as bond. There is have ducted heating , aircon, cable internet and Foxtel. The house is situated at the back of of the town house complex so noise is never an issue and is secure. There is also on-street parking. Currently the house and room is fully furnished but I can move some furniture/beds into the garage if you want to BYO. The room currently has a queen-sized bed. The house is located in a fantastic location about a 2 minute walk to the 70/75 tram which gets you into the city which is great for work but also saves on so cab fairs after a night out. If you work in the City it takes about 25 minutes and you really don't need a car during the week. The house is also about a 10 minute walk from Camberwell junction with shops, restaurants etc.
