The house itself is a lovely place, very homely and lots of space for activities, like martial arts. Bills are divided by three, alongside responsibilities. Gas, water, electricity, internet. They usually equal out to $50 - $70 per month total. You will be required to jump onto the lease, as we are re-signing with our landlords.
