About the house: it’s a cosy 3 bedroom double story unit with a carport and small backyard. Lots of natural light, lots of storage in each room and lots of cupboard space. Bbq out the back and also a fire pit. Big clothes line. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, A/C downstairs and oil heater also. 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. The rooms will be unfurnished, however, I have a spare queen bed frame which would fit in the medium size room if need and there is a ceiling fan in each room.

5 minute walk to Bourke road where there are some lovely restaurants,bars,cafes,pubs

(33) early riser for work and out of the house at 5.30, working full time. I try to get into the gym when I can and try and be as social as I can. Love to hike and get outdoors and occasional camping. I like to be organised and very considerate of personal space and privacy. Love to game in my downtime also after long days work.
