The greenery with 2 bunny queens ruling in the big backyard soothes the mind. So near to the airport yet not much affected by flight takeoffs and landings. Common sense to keep our home secure by remembering to lock the front door when entering and leaving the house. Special request to please remove outdoor shoes when entering the property to maintain the cleanliness. Indoor slippers and backyard slippers are provided if required. Please clean up after yourself, wherever you are! Minimum noise after 10pm please. No strangers in the house, unless agreed with me at least 1day in advance. My home is a 4 x 1 in a very quiet street in the foot of the hills of Perth. The house is very secure with a carport that can fit 2 cars and solar powered front gates. The room you will be renting is the largest bedroom in the house away from the other bedrooms and has its own split system for heating or cooling. The room is partially furnished but if you have your own bed it can be arranged. Large shed at the back if you need to store anything. There is a large living area with a kitchen table and some lounges, tv and foxtel. Located 13 minutes or 10km to airport and about 5 minutes to Midland gate shopping centre.
Right near 2 fast food places, 3 service stations, close to Midland and all its shops, close to Swan View as well. There is a lock up garage and if I move a few things around you can store some things in there too. The room on offer is double bed size, it is unfurnished but if you need a wardrobe I could probably find one on gumtree or the second hand shop on Morrison Road, also I have one small bar fridge but would be willing to get second fridge for you to use. I am Netflix tragic so I watch a lot of tv, I have unlimited internet that is include in rent, and I am happy for you to access my Netflix and Stan accounts, I am asthmatic and can't have smoke near me, so this villa needs to be smoke free inside and out.
My 3 x 1 villa is situated in Devon Village in Bassendean. Close to Bassendean shopping centre, football oval, 24 hour gym, the river, train station, bus stop at the front of the property, Guildford Road, airport, etc. The complex is quite big, quiet, safe and well maintained thanks to some oldies that live in the complex. I am renting out a room with a queen size bed, side table and double built in wardrobe. Also can be unfurnished! You will have a parking bay in the complex which is safe as it isn't near the main road. (and many visitors bays). The third room is being set up as a study so it will only be you and I living here.. and a cat.

Big old 1920's house with character it has been renovated and extended with ducted aircon throughout. Room can be furnished it required. Bills will be split evenly even if I'm working fifo.
