Extremely close to local shops, bars, pubs, restaurants, cafes, train station and gyms. The unit only shares one common wall with neighbours and despite being a ground floor unit, there are no units above. There is a toilet downstairs and a shared bathroom upstairs. Included in the rent is unlimited wifi, Netflix, and Foxtel Now. Electricity, gas and water are additional. The unit has air conditioning downstairs and I am currently looking into having a split system upstairs. The unit is very modern, clean, spacious, well furnished and has a good size courtyard for entertaining. I am very aware and respectful of your privacy, as you should be of mine. However, I would like to live with someone who is similar in nature and who I can converse with and enjoy each other’s company.
