My home is located in mcheachies run estate , it's a very homely area, very quiet, there is a Woolworths located in the estate, air conditioning is available in the living area, there is a park not far from my home and it's a great place to go for walks, there is a pub located 5 minutes down the road also a McDonald's and a bottle shop so what more could you need! The pink room in the photos is the one available but it now has no furniture in it , everything else is provided. I look forward to hearing from you and inspections are more then welcome !
The place is very small as it is a duplex so looking for someone with similar interests or who won't mind the small space. It is a brand new property in a fantastic quiet area. I have two cats so you must be ok with an occasional cuddle or leg brush. The property is air conditioned and fully furnished however the room for rent is empty. One downside is the internet can not be connected here but reception is great. The utility bills are also really cheap. Generally $250 a quarter for electricity and $100 for gas, and those prices were for two people. My lease doesn't expire until March 2018 but I will most likely stay another year.
