It offers you a loungroom, that i hardly use, the kitchen, bathroom and amenities at your disposal and daily use. I have the garage set up as a second loungroom for you, with your own fridge/freezer should you want. This space is great if you enjoy having alone time outside the main part of the home and/or entertaining friends.

The rooms have their own inducted air-conditioning suited to all seasonal changes. You can set your room up however you wish and will have the upmost privacy. The bathroom is a standard shower with lock. You have the backyard also for BBQs, washing etc.
I currently have unlimited wifi which i have included in your weekly rent as well as gas and electric.

This du-plex was new when my younger sister and i moved in March last year and it has been a safe place for us. She is deciding to move closer to town for study so I am inviting anyone who would love to come make it their own. This will be available mid to late Feburary.
