Our house is modern, clean and welcoming. There is plenty of space to enjoy your own time or join in with us (2nd lounge, office and balcony). There is one large bedroom available and furnished if required. It has built in shelving and wardrobes. We have ceiling fans and ducted air conditioning. The bathroom will be shared with 1 other (36yo) flatmate. There is a possibility of an off street park if you have a small car. We have a pool and a low maintenance yard. We are close to clayfield shops and restaurants. DFO and Toombul Shopping Centre are only a short drive. We are also a short distance to the airport. Walking distance to train stations Hendra, Clayfield and Eagle Junction and short walk to buses. The street is quiet, although we live beside the train line. It’s the Doomben line, trains run m-f first train 5:40am and last train about 8:10pm, the trains don’t run through the night so they don’t bother us. Saturday’s they run hourly from about 8am till about 5pm or so (for accuracy please refer translink website) and generally no trains on Sundays.

The room is 3mx3.4m with mirrored built in wardrobes and the main bathroom (with a bath) is practically all yours as the other tenant has an ensuite. Sadly I am replacing myself as a tenant due to an interstate move. The apartment complex features plenty of off street parking, the street is very quiet as well so even the on street parking is plentiful and secure, the complex also includes a decently sized plunge pool. The apartment is very spacious, light filled and quite modern. A lot of the furniture in the pictures is mine, so I will be taking it with me unfortunately, so you are more than welcome to bring your own furniture in if you have any. The property is extremely well located, Toombul shopping centre is a 2min drive or a 10 minute walk. There's a fruit/veg market, a bakery, a butcher, a liquor store and a huge selection of restaurants all within a 2 minute walk of the apartment. Kalinga park is close by as well, a beautiful large park, great for enjoying the outdoors or a BBQ with friends. Literally everything you could need is within walking distance.
