It’s in a great location in Hendra, walking distance to bus stops, 50m access to Kedron Brook paved bike and running track, 5min from Racecourse Rd, right near the gateway and 5-10min from 2 different train stations. The estate is tree lined and quiet, so it really feels like a small piece of paradise amongst the excitement and hustle of the nearby bars/cafes/restaurants. You would have a double sized bedroom and the main bathroom to yourself, plus space for one car in the garage.
