One room has a built-in and the other has a walk-in but both rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioners. You will have your own bathroom and toilet which you will be responsible for keeping clean. I have a washing machine and dryer (or outside line if you prefer) and there is driveway parking available. I am after someone who is clean, honest and respectful of my house and its contents. It is expected that you pay rent weekly without me asking for it. I like to cook, clean and I like to keep the yard tidy. I currently do not have the internet connected as it is just myself here so I just use my mobile internet but may consider connecting for long term tenant. My house is very close to several shops, Grand Plaza, very easy access to the Gateway Motorway, Logan Motorway, Beaudesert Road.

Living in this house is pretty low key and it's on a quiet neighborhood with a nice park at the end of the street. On offer is one bedroom but also a fully private living room (the property has 2). There's decent yard space a large kitchen and patio areas. Airconditioners throughout and it's all security screened. Pretty close to an IGA & Woolworths and short drive to Aldi and Coles. There are buses nearby too or it's a short drive to Kingston or Loganlea train stations. What am I like to live with? Clean, tidy, respectful and pretty quiet. Happy to be social but equally happy doing my own thing. I enjoy social drinks sometimes and am a non smoker so no smoking inside the house but outside is ok. I keep busy and fit with work and gym. I have an indoor only cat. So if you have a dog that would be ok but it would need to stay outside only :) I love all animals, so it'd be good if you did too. Keen for someone with similar lifestyle.
