As there are already animals on the property I can not accept anymore besides small reptiles or fish that can be kept in your room. Always happy for tenants to have people over during the day and the occasional piss up as long as I am made aware to notify other tenants. I am extremely easy going and will remain that way as long as our initial agreement upon commencing tenancy is followed. If you have a drug, alcohol or gambling addiction or a history of thieving you will not last long here so please don't waste your own time. Although the property is situated on a quite block we are still very close to everything including the EH which is just up the road. There are multiple bathrooms located both up and downstairs in the house which are paired off to their closest rooms. I am a recent home owner and am looking for one additional housemate for my home in The Gap. The house has two bathrooms and one kitchen to share between the bedrooms. There is one spare enclosed carport. There is plenty of room for storage if you need to move anything in. It is two storey and has a front and back balcony. The house is in a good state and I am constantly doing things around the house to improve the quality of living. I have recently pulled up the carpet and sanded the floors (some of the photos still have carpet). The room available measures 3x2.6 and includes a wardrobe. There is a spare bedroom right across the hall which I do not intend to rent out. You would be more than welcome to use the empty spare bedroom for storage, wardrobe space, study etc. The house is conveniently located 2 minutes walk from a bus stop heading into the city. Only 2 minutes drive from The Gap Village with a Coles and an Aldi. There is ample yard space however don't have fences enclosing the entire property so unfortunately won't be able to have a dog. I am also allergic to cats. Birds, fish and other pets will be happily considered! Furniture/white good wise – I have a fridge, washing machine, couches, dining table, TV, dinnerware and most importantly - a ping pong table. I am in the process of buying new furniture for the living room so it'd be best to come over, have a look and we can discuss what I might be changing in order to make the house feel more homely.
