The house is fully furnished with everything you might need including fridge, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, cooktop, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, plates etc. There is also a large sofa, dining table and chairs, large living room TV (pictured). There is a large air-conditioner in the living room which can cool most of the house and there is a fan in the bedroom. My townhouse is part of a complex of 33 and is a very quiet, neighbourly area with a bushy outlook. I am in a particularly quiet section with no traffic at my door, quiet neighbours and a pleasant garden to enjoy. Im enjoying having moved here not 2 years ago. Close to transport and shops and walks. I have air conditioning in the whole house.
