There are many different areas to chill including some decks and a large backyard! The house has had a recent freshening up. The house is fully furnished but the room is empty. The third room is currently occupied by a semi permanent female who is awesome to live with! Saves on the $70 on rent each too! We can negotiate on rent and inclusions. There is NBN connected and smart TV. I will consider another dog, but they will need to get along with my current staffy who can be a little excitable and rough. Sorry no cats!

I love my home because Its a peaceful and tidy. We are also a quiet fam and enjoy tranqility and fun. I like quiet but I also love to have a good conversation and laugh at silly stuff aswell.. I study and work part time in a school. We have a guard dog/pup who does like to protect the property but he is inside at night in a crate. Its a big block so we will share the gardening if possible. Its also walking distance to the shops only 5 min.

Where I live is only a short walk to the town centre. It's a quiet neighbourhood. The people in the neighbouring units are very nice on once side, and quiet on the other. Over all the 100 would be fire rent, the 60 would go to bills, I would consider reducing that in summer when bills are lower but that would be something to discuss.
