Hi, I am a 42yr male, in a large 4 bedroom house with 1 other house mates, 1 female.
I love cooking and trying new foods. As well as bike rides and time at the beach given our location
I keep a clean home, and keep mostly to myself,
The bed rooms are located at the other end of the home to myself, so you will have plenty of privacy.
I am open to couples but the rent won't include bills.
