There is ample on road parking available, on a quite road. It is 2 hour parking zone 9-5 Mon to Fri, but a permit can purchased for $25 per annum. Location: The unit is on St Elmo Road only a few minutes walk from the shops and cafes on the main street in Ivanhoe. The unit is about 750 metres from Eaglemont Station and 1km from Ivanhoe Train Station (Zone 1 and only 10km to the CBD). A bus leaves directly outside to Kew and Bundoora (La Trobe Uni). The bus stop is 3 mins walk from the house and it goes to city, heidelberg station and latrobe uni. All the utilities bills are included(gas electricity water,gas and internet. the house is clean and tidy. we have two dogs both friendly and cuddly so looking for somebody who love dogs. We currently seek a new housemate to commence living with us from early January onward - bedroom is well sized (approximately 12 square metres) with built in wardrobes, plenty of natural light and comes unfurnished. A couple of large parks in walking distance too if you like exercising outdoors. There's no garage available but there's on street parking without the need for a parking permit. Bills are split between two. That includes water usage, electricity and internet.
Hello! This house is pretty amazing! The bedroom is medium size with lots of light, polished timber floor and a big cupboard for storage. It is clean and freshly painted everywhere in the house. The house is large with 3 bedrooms and 3 living areas, recently renovated and a huge back yard that feels like a small farm. We even have chickens that lay fresh eggs every morning. The kitchen, bathroom and living areas we will share including a really big garage and patio that is perfect to host your friends. The bus stop to Latrobe University, Bundoora is 5 minutes walk away and the bus ride will take 10 minutes. It is also easy to ride a bike to the university. The nearest train station is Rosanna on the Hurstbridge line. People from all nationalities are welcome!
