The house is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets with shed in the backyard, located in Ivanhoe, 1 minute walk to Oriel Road for the bus that takes you to the city. The 250 takes 35 mins and the 350 takes 25 mins. 250 takes you to La Trobe Uni in around 15 min, so the spot is perfect if you study there. Closest station is Ivanhoe station which is about a 20 minute walk from the house or a 5 minute drive. Northland shopping centre is about a 5 minute drive. Rent gets paid on the 13th of every month, $754.00 per month not including bills. Bond is $866.00.
