The house is a modern townhouse in a gated unit block, directly across from the hospital/ Tom Flood oval. It's a short walk to the very centre of town. The room available is the master bedroom with built in robes and an ensuite. There are airconditioning units in both bedrooms and we will each have a bathroom. There will be a garaged car space for each of us. The kitchen is of a good size and has gas cooktops. There is a balcony off the front of the townhouse with a clothes line, and no gardens to maintain.
