Room available in my 3 bedroom home around 5km from city centre. Large block, and the room available is 3x4m, with a split system and very large built in robe. Gorgeous sunrise views and plenty of space to move here!

If you’re applying, you must love dogs as there’s two that love a cuddle and will sit with you on the couch. This also means there isn’t any space for more pets.

Room can be furnished with a queen bed and side tables, and there’s space to park your car on the property. While you would have your own bathroom, it’s the main bathroom that does house the washing machine and dryer.

I’m looking to share with someone with a similar lifestyle - hopefully someone that also likes to wake up early so we’re not tip toeing around each other. Ideally someone looking to stay for 3-6 months. I’m aiming to keep home feeling like home, so the available date is flexible for the right person. Also open to couples at an extra fee if we can figure out the fridge sitch, but I am a meal prepper.
