We have one private, fully furnished, self contained room, with ensuite and kitchenette seperate to the main house. The furnishings include, Queen bed, Dinning table and chairs, Lounge chair, TV, Microwave, Fridge, all kitchen appliances and plenty of storage space air conditioning and ceiling fan. There is also a washing machine and clothes line. The room has a private entry, deck with BBQ and outdoor dining setting seperate to the main house. The house is located on two acres backing onto the Bremer River with vegetable gardens and orchard, which you are welcome to share. We are a fifteen minute drive to Ipswich CBD and train and about 40 minutes to Brisbane CBD, unfortunately we have no public transport. Rent is $250 payable one week in advance. All bills, wifi and fortnightly cleaning are included. You can park in the garage and use the Tennis court, Gym and Spa.

All you need to do is clean up after your self and feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped and all services IE gardens pool and house work is taken care of. The power/ water/ internet etc is included in your $200.00 per week rent. the bond is $400.00 and we require the two rent weeks in advance. The house is very large 450 square meters and all the rooms are about 25 square meters about twice the size of your average room so you don't have to worry about tripping over each other. Hello there so this is a 450 sq meter house situated on one acre with great views overlooking the brisbane river and surrounding bushlands we have set it up and operated as a share house for several years so were as used to living with other people. It's not a party house but that doesn't mean you can't have any fun just got to respect others that live here as well. It is owned and maintained by myself and my wife. There are four large fully furnished rooms that are rented with a shared ensuite bathroom with one other person . so basically the bedrooms are large approximately 25 sq meters being the smallest . they all have a good quality queen size bed 32 inch tv plus a study desk and side table and built in wardrobes all the rooms plus they have air con as well as the house. Tons of fridge space ie half a modern large fridge and half a pantry . there is a large pool with outside furniture plus a barbecue. plenty of off street parking ,its a great place to chill and be yourself there's nothing for you to do here just clean up after yourself and be at home as we take care of the property inside and out . it's in a quiet street overlooking the brisbane river. It's an easy going not in your face house with a very peaceful setting and that's the sort of person who will fit in here . you do need your own transport here as there isn't any public transport in Karalee.

I love my house because of the ceiling fans in every room, and the open planned living Location is 10 mins from the local train station, taking you to Brisbane CBD or Ipswich Central, or Further out toward Rosewood. We also have 3 storage sheds out the back to store things not needed in the house, or anything extra you need in there. And a large backyard to relax in. The room comes unfurnished so you will need to bring your own things with you. There are two rooms for you to choose from also. The house is an old workers' cottage. Booval station is less than 10 minutes walk away, Booval Fair + gym are also close. Neighbourhood is nice and quiet. The bedroom has a cupboard and I have a spare bed/mattress if needed. There are technically 3 bedrooms in the house, but one is between the other bedrooms and currently used as a study. Shed+single car garage out the back (garage is used but there is space in the yard for a car) and a very large backyard. Separate bathroom and toilet - only one of each. Washing machine + dryer, washing line outside and line under the patio. There are extra bills - internet, electricity and water.
