It’s a nicely renovated 3-bed, 1-bath home with a big backyard and an outdoor deck that’s perfect for relaxing or hanging out. The space is comfortable, bright, and has a really easy, homey vibe. Our rooms are at opposite ends of the house, so you’ll have plenty of privacy.
The yard is great for Alfie’s (Golden Retriever) zoomies and there’s lots of space to spread out without being on top of each other. Clean, comfy, and super chill — just an easy place to live.
If you're a student or need an office to WFH, I am happy to discuss setting up the other spare room for you to use as well!
About 2 minutes from the highway so everywhere is convenient to get to!

I’m pretty laid-back, work a lot, and keep my home clean and calm. When I’m not at work, I’m either at the gym, gaming, or hanging out with my absolute pride and joy — my beautiful golden retriever boy, Alfie. He’s super friendly and thinks everyone who walks through the door is his new best mate.
I’m respectful, tidy, and like my space, but I’m always down for a good chat or a laugh when we cross paths. The vibe here is chill, clean, and drama-free — just how I like it.
