There is both ducted heating and cooling and a nice yard. A bit about me: I'm a 27yo female working full time in healthcare. I am clean and tidy and would like someone like minded to move in. Preferably you will be of a similar age and work full time, though I am also open to students. I enjoy exercising, cooking, traveling and spending time with friends and family. I get annual leave regularly and also travel home to the country often on my days off so you will get some time to yourself occasionally. Valley Lakes, why look elsewhere!? If you're unfamiliar with the area, we're a minutes drive to the Tullamarine FWY, Calder HWY and the Western Ring Road (M80). You've also the ease of access to PT (Public Transport) with Essendon Station not 5min drive away and even less time to Keilor Rd on the 59 tram to the heart of the CBD. We're a quick 10min drive to Tullamarine Airport so if you're an Air Hostie you've got things fairly sweet. We're equally very close to both Keilor Rd and Milleara Shopping Centres, so we've a range of choice when shopping for the weekly feed. Restaurants are in great supply, fitness gyms and decent running tracks that we enjoy. The property itself is fairly sweet. Theres a split system in every room, including the bedroom advertised, so never be a temperature you don't enjoy. The joint is 2 years old and is without issues that would come with an older place.
