Phuong works in property and I work in sales call centre. We are pretty easy going. We would welcome you and treat you like a friend so that you can feel like you are at home. You would enjoy the bedroom with built-in wardrobe, an extra wardrobe (if you need) and a window. Bathroom is shared. There is a lovely backyard that you can enjoy outdoors. The two bedrooms are separated by the bathroom/laundry/kitchen which is good for having your own space but also coming together if desired. I have a driveway/garage and a front and rear yard, and the house is close to the Tullamarine Freeway and the tram line. Split system aircon/heating in the loungeroom, and the bedroom is a generous size with a really good wardrobe. My current roommate doesn't have a specific date to move out yet.

House has heating and split system air con, 3 bedrooms that don't share any walls which ensures privacy. 2 lounge rooms and study. When current housemates finish moving I can relocate my sewing to the study and my pool table can be set back up again in the front room.
