All bedrooms are super spacious and the 4 bedroom house has a homey, cosy vibe that you don't find very often anymore!

Apart from the bedrooms there's a huge backyard and outdoor hang-out area, shared living area, dining, work-from-home office space, full kitchen and multiple bathrooms.

Rent is $200 per week . Bills are included. No bond required. Room has a private PIN code lock for security.

Current housemates (Bel, Lilly, Maighan, Tamara) are all female in their early 20s who originally come from around Australia, UK ect, who are very friendly and easy going. Everyone likes to have their own space and downtime but also happy to chat and socialise here and there.

In terms of the location it's in a very clean, welcoming and safe spot which is walking distance to bus, train and tram stops in Pascoe Vale. If you drive we have car parking available in the driveway and garage.

I don’t live in the house myself but am the landlord and happy to organise inspections if you are interested or to answer any of your questions.
