She can put on a real show when she is not getting her own way or being made to follow instructions. The drama! That is what makes them so fun though, it is like you are having a conversation with her when you are telling her off, she will try and talk back. Having said that she knows exactly when she is doing something wrong! Please note that Rhea is in training and it is important everyone is happy to be consistent with her commands. Every three months the fridge, kitchen drawers and cupboards are also cleaned. The gardening is done on a monthly basis (you don't have to worry about this). Although general household cleaning tasks will be shared on a weekly basis, it is expected that everyone tidies working spaces in the kitchen after use, places their utensils in the dishwasher and sweeps/mops up hair and water in the bathroom and other shared spaces. It is also important that food and other perishables are not kept in rooms for extended periods of time and private spaces are aired and vacuumed on a fortnightly basis. One key works for all external doors in the home. Bus stops are a 2 minute walk (just around the corner). Description of our home ---We are still updating information about our listing so some of the information (e.g. Rent, move in date) are still being worked out---- We are offering a generous bedroom in a 3 bedroom home on McKeon Avenue in Pascoe Vale South. There is wifi and foxtel available in the room however you will need to bring your own furniture for the room. This house is a 2 minute drive (15 minute walk) to Strathmore Station, located a very short walk from a Milk Bar, 59 tram, Bell St and other shops (e.g. Fish n chips, pizza, petrol station). The house has a spacious lounge room that is attached to the kitchen, the kitchen has a great eating area and table to share meals on. Following the kitchen area there are 2 bedrooms; one which I live in and the other that Meg is in. There is a large hallway to which your room is located, all the rooms have an attached wardrobe that fits 2 of my smaller drawers, containers, storage and all of my hanging clothes, although yours is larger. They have windows that let in a lot of natural light and vents to let in the ducted heater. I have a smaller room compared to yours and within my room I'm able to fit a desk, a large double bed, a bookcase and have a large amount of space to walk around and hang my clothes. We are looking for preferably a female housemate that has a stable income and who doesn't mind to have a chit chat!
