Our lovely housemate is moving out to Backpack around Australia (we forgive her), so we’re looking for someone new to fill her room and bring good vibes to the house.
About the place:
It’s a two-level house with plenty of space.
Your bedroom is on the ground floor and comes with your own private bathroom and shower.
First floor = cozy living room, sunny balcony (for those rare Melbourne days), and a kitchen stocked with all the essentials.
The house is fully furnished, but the room is mostly furnished with a comfy bed and a built-in wardrobe and a desk.
Location perks:
* Closes to train station is Oak Park, just a 15 minute walk away or 4 minute ride on a bike.
* Surrounded by parks, bush tracks, pools, and other places you’ll lie to yourself about going to.
* Plenty of on street parking available.
* Unlimited internet, all bills, and even Netflix are included. Yes, really.
Things to keep in mind:

Rose – 28, works in childcare, and is currently studying for her psychology degree. Originally from Vietnam, she’s been living in Australia for years and values a peaceful, clean and a good-vibes kind of home. She is sweet, easygoing, and know the best spots in Melbourne for food and drinks.
Lola 🐶 – The real queen of the house. 12 year old Boxer, chillest dog you’ll ever meet. Doesn’t bark. Doesn’t chew shoes. She’s basically a living cushion with eyes. She’s lived indoors her whole life, so you’ll need to be cool with a dog who thinks she’s part human.
