He is sometimes scary smart as shown by the fact he has worked out how to open and close the plantation blinds when he want the sun :O Rhea is a Malamute. She is VERY stubborn and a great actress. She can put on a real show when she is not getting her own way or being made to follow instructions. The drama! That is what makes them so fun though, it is like you are having a conversation with her when you are telling her off, she will try and talk back. Having said that she knows exactly when she is doing something wrong! Please note that Rhea is in training and it is important everyone is happy to be consistent with her commands. We live in a beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house located in Coburg, that has everything that you need within walking distance. Our neighbourhood is fantastic and we have brilliant neighbours! The rooms have a built in robe and you can fit a queen bed with bedside tables easily into it. All bills are split equally and the internet is included in your rent equally spilt at $20 per month. Your rent per month for the room will be $590 per month. Bond is $842- as the bond is split equally among 4 of us and the difference in rent per room varies and this is why it's not the same as you would pay per month. They are both required upfront with 1 months rent. Welcome to our cosy Coburg home! Our cute little house in Coburg is just off Sydney road, close to both Batman and Coburg stations, and a 2 minute walk to the 19 tram. Coles and Woolworths are close by, as well as the weekly Coburg Famers Market, and delicious falafel and middle eastern fare. We have a room available from Sunday, 5 November for $665 per month for a minimum of five months. The available room is the largest in the house. It has timber floors and beautiful stained glass windows overlooking the front yard . There is a ceiling fan and air conditioning to keep you cosy no matter the weather, and a non-functioning fireplace for all your decorative needs. The house itself is a beautiful space to come home to at the end of the day. We have a cat and dog who are always happy to see you, and the open plan living kitchen area is perfect for lounging and Netflix. We have a back yard that we plan to put some love into in the coming months, and a front porch that is perfect come summer evenings. We all contribute to the cleaning of the house with a cleaning roster and the maintenance of the garden with a roster for lawn mowing and whipper snipping.
