I have one bedroom for rent in an almost brand new villa unit, only two units on the block. About the room: It currently has a single bed in it at the moment but I can remove that, to ensure you have space - I would recommend a single or a double bed. It has a small walk in robe with 2 lots of hanging space and a shelf, it’s approx 2 mtrs deep by 1.5 mtrs wide. Other areas in the house: We would need to share the bathroom, (which includes a toilet, bath and shower) - I have no issue with that if you don’t. The laundry is European style with a top loader and I have a clothes dryer in the garage for your use also. The home is fully furnished, lounge suite (6 seated dining table is set up in the garage due to limited space inside), fridge, all cooking appliances, microwave and I have linen I could share if required. The kitchen is medium sized but there is room for 2 adults to be in the kitchen at the same time and if you prefer we could set up a little outdoor area in the garage/carport. We live in a beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house located in Coburg, that has everything that you need within walking distance. Our neighbourhood is fantastic and we have brilliant neighbours! The rooms have a built in robe and you can fit a queen bed with bedside tables easily into it. All bills are split equally and the internet is included in your rent equally spilt at $20 per month. Your rent per month for the room will be $590 per month. Bond is $842- as the bond is split equally among 4 of us and the difference in rent per room varies due to sizes which is why it's not the same as you would pay per month. They are both required upfront with 1 months rent. Basic run down: You'll be sharing the house with 2 guys and and myself a female.
