We are looking for a roommate in Coburg North, it's a three bedroom house. I'm Nellie, 35 and a courier and the other housemate is Shannon, 40, a security guard. Occasionally there's a desexed 9yo staffy/alsation who is very quiet and chilled out. If you had a dog that would be good too. It's 650pcm and the room is available march 1 but it might be available a bit earlier if you need. Two minute walk from Coles, and Ten minute walk from the Upfield train line, 25 mins from Craigieburn line (it takes 25 mins on the train to get to the city) and 19 tram. it's kind of a weird industrial area, but we have a really great cafe 2 minutes away and nice dog park nearby. It's a great place to live. Would suit someone with a bike or car as it's a bit of a walk to the traino though. 25 mins bike ride to melb uni and 35 mins to melb CBD.
