I've just moved into a property in Pascoe Vale. A 3 min drive or 9 min walk to the station. (Far enough away so you don't hear the trains). Large house fully furnished except for the room. There is plenty of parking along the street. It's not a new home, it's quite retro but is warm and cozy, with plenty of space. It has a separate toilet, shower and bath. (I'm up super early for work every day so you won't see me in the mornings). The room for rent is quite large with two built in robes and makeup station. It is very bright and light filled. Although it is an older house it has a warm and positive feel to it. I have also spoken to the landlord and am happy to paint/ update if required. There is also a large hallway cupboard next to the room for keeping laundry, bathroom items etc. Some extra storage designated for the roomy. I have one opposite my room also. There are two rooms available but I am hoping to get one person in and only have 2 people living in the house so it's not too hectic. Ideally I'd prefer to share with a woman, I'v always lived in share houses and in my experience they can be neater than men and easier to live with. - $200 a week. Split bills evenly. Or can sort out an easier plan of $250+ a week with no bills. I haven't been in long enough to know what the bills are going to be like but am pretty easy going as long as you keep the place neat and tidy.
