We have a spacious downstairs living room and dining room, with a second toilet off the laundry. We have a rear courtyard which leads out to a public reserve. Our place is a short distance form the city (approx 2km), great for biking riding or a leisurely walk. We are a short walk (approx 5 minutes) from a bus stop on Magill Road with three different routes into the city. We have internet, Netflix and Hulu. We have two off-street car parks, one undercover and the other next to it. Bills are additional, unlimited internet is approx $23 a month, water approx $30 a quarter and electricity approx $150 a quarter (water and electricity are dependent on usage). Unfortunately we're not allowed pets at our property. The room is unfurnished however the rest of the house is mainly furnished with some items missing due to housemates leaving recently. There is a bus stop right in front of the building that goes to other areas of the city, Marion, Henley Beach, and the 98A city loop bus also stops there if you’re keen for a free ride around the city and North Adelaide. Bus J1 that goes to the airport is reachable for only 5 minutes-walk from the apartment. About the apartment: The bedroom itself has a queen bed so it’s also perfect for couples.
