The house is newly built with four bedrooms and two bathrooms in Eden Hill. There is plenty of space in the kitchen, and you will have your own sections in both the fridge and the pantry. Kitchen appliances & utensils is available for everyone's use. The bedroom is spacious (3.0m x 2.70m) and has a firm queen size mattress, bed, huge built in wardrobe, 2 bedside tables & lamp. The living room is open plan and there is a 4K 56 inch TV available for everyone to use. TV comes with a Netflix subscription. Unlimited NBN Internet. Speed download 25 Mbps. There is plenty of parking available on the street. Very close to Bus Stop & Train Station Public Transport. Stop Number: 15745 Bus Number: 955 to Morley Bus Station & Bassendean Train Station. 13km away from the City 16 minute drive to Edith Cowan College 14 minute drive to Perth Airport 6 minute drive to Morley 6 minutes by Bus to Bassendean Train Station 1 minute walk to the bus stop 1 minute drive to the nearest IGA Close to Park & Lake Bills ------------------------------------------------ Power, gas, water and internet bills are included in the rent. Our only real expectation is that you are polite, that you pay on time and that you clean up after yourself (ie. don't leave dishes in sink for too long).

Great relaxed house that backs onto reserve and shopping centre 200m away. Bus stop about 200m also. Quiet with respect for your privacy as well as mine, just you and one other house mate that doesn't party but likes to be social. Location is in new area of Caversham but a few minutes to Guildford, Swan Valley, Midland and the train. Also not as far as you might think to the city, I find travelling from the east is never bumper to bumper for kilometres like the freeway. Parking in driveway. Hi speed Wifi included so long as usage is reasonable. Room overlooks the reserve and is double size (just looks small in photos) and bathroom hot used by other tenant. Home has a cleaner once a week free to you but just clean your own bedroom. Flatmate uses a wheelchair cause of bike accident so everything is kept pretty uncluttered. Bargain right)
Bedroom available in 3 bedroom two bathroom house in Morley. Bedroom is air conditioned, built in wardrobe and mostly sole use of the main bathroom in the house, also off road parking space. The rest of the house is fully furnished so you wouldn't need to bring anything. You will be sharing with my self and my partner, both late 20's professionals. Also two dogs, Nitro and Peanut. We own the house, love to cook, socialise and keep active. Troy, our FIFO roomie has decided to make the big step and move in with his girlfriend, so must sadly say goodbye. Maggie is looking for somewhere closer to her new office, and will be leaving the country for a while too. All this means we have space for two people to make our house more homely! The house is just off Broun Ave/Collier Road which makes for a very central and accessible location whilst retaining privacy and peace too. 500m in one direction to the Morley Galleria, 350m to Bayswater Waves Aquatic Centre and easy and quick access to the city (12 minutes drive straight down Broun/Beaufort St). A cruisey 15 minutes gets you to the airport, perfect for FIFO. The house itself is a two-storey home on a corner block. It comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus an additional guest bedroom/study. There is a large kitchen/dining/living area and an adjacent lounge room plus a small, low maintenance backyard. The house is totally furnished and kitted out with ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning, comfy furniture and decent tech (large TV, Foxtel, PS4, etc.) The first room up for offer is on the second storey, it comfortably fits a queen bedroom suite and is fitted with a built in robe for plentiful storage too. The bathroom is only shared with Michael. Ideally we would prefer a FIFO worker, if that`s you, we can negotiate a price based on swing etc The second room, located downstairs (the only bathroom downstairs), is the larger of the two and has large built in robes and it’s own huge ensuite.
