Both rooms have ducted A/C, LAN connection, in a large 4 bedroom home (2015 build). The cleaner takes care of most things. Plenty of room for quiet time and socialising. Our house has all the modern conveniences, a good sized low maintenance back yard, large entertaining space and veggie patch. We also have a large chef's kitchen and all the modern appliances. Amazing! It has a wonderful bath, the master bedroom has an ensuite. Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the whole house. A cute little court yard and a lawn I'm trying to grow. The house itself is great - a big front yard and an even bigger back yard, which is great if you're into gardening! Inside the house, the communal dining room, lounge room and kitchen are spacious, while there is also air conditioning and heating built into the house. We're also fifteen minutes from the city by bus, while the Marden shopping centre is a quick ten minute walk up the road. THE HOUSE We live in a large two story house in Greenacres, with a big park across the road and only a 5 minute drive from Klemzig Interchange, and 10/15 mins to city outside of peak traffic. Walking distance to 2 bus stops that will take you to the city, and a $16 Uber home from town. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, 2 living areas, kitchen (obvs), laundry, and a large 1 car or small 2 car garage. Not too large that it’s a nightmare to clean, but big enough that we’re not living on top of each other. There’s a balcony off my room that we’ll sometimes eat brekkie on together or drink wine if the weather is fine.
