This is a lovely home if you work in city or North Sydney, with a short 5 min walk to Milson's Point station and 3 min walk to Kirribilli Ferry Wharf. One stop to city or North Sydney. Plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants and harbour walks near by. It's a very safe and well established suburb, the Prime Minster's house is 3 min walking distance. Morden bathroom with heated towel rails, large balcony with BBQ, the room has a queen size bed and built in wardrobe. The living room features dinning table which seats up to ten people. Quiet and cozy. The place is fully furnished and very quiet at night. To clarify, bills that on top of the rent is just Electricity. It is to be shared. We have both heating and Air-conditioning at the apartment, also lots lights. So as you imagine, the electricity can vary from "0" to the actually usage that occurred. It is not much for me at the moment but just like the other person also have a sense of responsibility, I am often away as well. We will split it in half when the bill comes from Energy Australia.
