The unit is one half of the bottom floor of a house, with a shared front lawn and a small concrete space on the side. My favourite features for a shared space are the large kitchen, the bedrooms being separated by the lounge room, the separate rooms for dining and lounge and the two entrances. You may also be able to use the lock-up garage. The Building also has visitor parking too.
Views are amazing and the train is on the doorstep. It's a beautiful apartment- photos don't really give it justice! Bathrooms are in white marble, you'll pretty much have the main one to yourself, as we use our en suite. Kitchen is big and pretty well equipped. There's a small balcony, you're welcome to smoke there. Also in the building are pool and (tiny) gym. Note rent for couples is 420.
