We love living so close to the Neutral Bay Ferry, Cremorne Point, Kirribilli and Kurraba Point Reserve. The shops on Military Road are just up the street and our house isn't too far from the city, so an uber home after Friday night bevs is pretty cheap.

Hello! we have one small room costing $260 per week from January 26 in this spacious four bedroom federation apartment. The room is unfurnished but has a large white Ikea wardrobe. It used to be the Belgian Embassy and has bridge and harbour 'glimpses'. Great view of the fireworks! The house has high ceilings, picture rails and on and off street parking (easy). Ten minute walk to Cremorne Wharf, seven minutes on the ferry to Circular Quay. Bus stop out the front. Short walk to both Neutral Bay and Cremorne shops. Amazing harbour walks and gardens on your doorstep. This is a great chilled place to live....very quiet and lots of space.
