The flat is an art deco gem that feels more like a house. It is close to both buses to the city and the harbour and ferries. The location couldn't be better as it is both close to the city and only 20 mins to the beach! There are only 4 flats in the building and there is a shared courtyard out the back. There is Foxtel, Apple TV, HDMI connection, Wifi throughout, and underfloor gas heating in all rooms, very 'breezy' throughout (it's elevated so it has good airflow). The house is handy to everything you might want! You can walk to - buses and ferries, the Orpheum cinema, Neutral Bay shopping centre, Mosman village, beaches, parks and even the Cremourne Point ocean pool! The house is just off Spofforth Street on the Cremorne and Mosman border so you can get the bus to Cremorne Point Wharf in 5 minutes. The property includes two lounge and dining rooms, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, gardens front and back. There is also a sunny north facing terrace, bbq area and pool. The front half of the house has original Federation features, the back half is modern with floor to ceiling glass bi-folding doors across the kitchen, informal dining and two living spaces. If you like exercise there is a pool, a large size trampoline, and cross-trainer, two mountain bikes and some basic weights equipment for keeping fit :) A gardener comes once a month to do the heavy lifting but week-to-week general outdoor maintenance is shared between us and the indoor cleaning is also shared. I have two charming Spoodles who live outside most of the time (no cat) ...so best you are pet friendly. BUT ...we are unable to take additional pets, two is plenty, sorry.
