There is a bedroom with built-ins with your own bathroom and separate toilet. A third room in the apartment is also available as a study or guest room included in the rent. You can add your own bedroom furniture if you want. This apartment is special because of the view of the harbour, watching the ferries and boats and the fireworks makes apartment living very enjoyable. There is a deck set up with a high table and stools so that you can sit outside and chat and watch the harbour. It's a great drying spot for clothes too. This apartment is very central so you can catch a ferry to the city or a bus and the train is a 10 minute walk around to Milsons Point where the local shops and pub are located. The local harbour walks are breathtaking especially at sunset. I am close to Balmoral and there is a secret beach for a swim just around the corner close to our local Hayes St cafe which does wonderful breakfast and local Thai and French for dinner. We have visitor's car spaces for off street parking. It is a friendly complex with security doors. It's nice and quiet (no buses go past) and I am so lucky to have found this place 3 years ago so I hope you can come and enjoy it with me.

With the reserve at your door, only a 10 min ferry ride over our beautiful harbour to the CBD, Botanical Gardens, Museum of Contemporary Arts, The Rocks and so many wonderful places in Sydney. Catch a ferry from the Quay to Manly. Easy access to work. The wharf is only across the road and there is a bus that meets the ferry to Cremorne and Neutral Bay. Both shopping centres only a 20 min walk away. The flat is situated on the ground floor in a block of 12. Everyone is beautifully kind and friendly yet respect privacy and space. I have lived here 6 1/2 years. This is a vegetarian home (as far as cooking here) and the only expectation, which is normal really, is that you clean after yourself, share housework and contribute to toiletries - $5 per week.
