The Kurraba Point ferry wharf is a 4 minute walk, with cafes and shops just a bit further. Larger supermarkets in Neutral Bay aren't far either.

We're looking to fill the void left by a departing housemate in our Cremorne Point house. The location (see the last photo for an aerial shot) Overlooking the water, the place couldn't be in a better location. The Old Cremorne ferry wharf is two minutes' walk from our front door. At peak times, the 15 minute trip into Circular Quay leaves every 30 minutes. The Maccallum Pool overlooking the harbour is also a short walk away, if you're keen on some laps. Heaps of free, safe on-street parking is available around the house. The house The place is laid out over two levels, with the the kitchen, living area and large deck, balcony on top. - Kitchen with dishwasher - Three bathrooms, which means no queuing in the morning - Large living area, with double external doors on both sides, opening up onto an undercover balcony (BBQ, outdoor table, etc.) - Cable Internet, Foxtel HD, gas heater (all bills are split and somehow are actually quite reasonable) House common areas of the house are fully furnished (although your stuff is welcome). The bedroom will be empty. The room The room is small-medium in size, and comfortably fits a queen bed and clothes hangar/ wardrobe. There's a window and an external door, which opens up onto a quiet area. There's plenty of additional storage space throughout the house and in the lock-up garage. Each of us pays $90 per month into a shared account that covers all of our bills: Internet, electricity, foxtel, gas etc. We're all pretty clean, but also get a cleaner through the common areas once a month (as part of $90). Hello My appartment is fully furnished and newly renovated. It is a 5min walk to the Harbour Bridge and Milsons Point train station. The postcode is North Sydney but its really in Kirribilli. Short or long term stay will be fine. The room availiable has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. I also have sheets and towels if required. If a couple would like to apply we will need to negoitate a diferent price as the price I have advertised it divided in the middle. I can also supply two single beds if two people are traveling. I do not smoke but if you do you can out side. The appartment is in a lovely position and feels like its in the suburbs but very close to the city. It is also quiet.

My unit is a large 2 bedroom art deco apartment situated on the top floor of a small block of six units. The unit has been reconfigured to two fully self contained units. I am renting out the back unit which is fully furnished and has been rented for the past three years as a corporate rental. The back unit has its own separate entrance and we do not share this space. It has a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower (only) and a bedroom with a TV. It also has a small but well defined living space with a two seater couch, kitchen table and chairs. (I am happy to discuss the needs and requirements of each interested party regarding the setup of the kitchen and bedroom as a corporate rental is somewhat different to someone living 24/7 7 days a week in the space.)
