Short walk to Kurraba Point and Cremorne Point for beautiful views, picnic areas and a sea pool. 10 minute walk up the hill to Neutral Bay junction for shops restaurants and buses to the north, city and northern beaches. This house is in a private and peaceful setting so this is NOT a party house. Though we do have the occasional BBQ.
Amazing location. Sydney is right on your doorstep and a walk about Kurraba Point is really beautiful. It's literally on the ferry steps with the Circular Quay less than 10 minutes away. Romantic waterfront, gorgeous courtyard, panoramic views, lofty ceilings and a general store and coffee right out back. A total gem.
Based in Kurraba Point, this charming house is 40 steps from the ferry terminal and minutes from local cafe's, shops, and bars. Taking over the whole upper floor, it's got fantastic views and is peaceful and quiet, whilst being only an 8 minute ferry journey to the CBD. There’s a great sized living area with a huge comfy sofa and dining table table. Balcony views over the harbour including Sydney Harbour Bridge. The kitchen has new appliances - washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker etc. Good pressurised shower in the bathroom and a bathtub too. I just moved in here, so I've copied the photos that the real estate agency prepared (the apartment is partly unfurnished but I am slowly acquiring new furniture that is at least as nice as that seen in the photos). Hello! we actually have two rooms - one large room available from Mid January 2019 and costing $250 per week and one small room costing $180 per week from January 7 in this spacious four bedroom federation apartment. It used to be the Belgian Embassy and has bridge and harbour 'glimpses'. Great view of the fireworks! The house has high ceilings, picture rails and on and off street parking (easy). Ten minute walk to Cremorne Wharf, seven minutes on the ferry to Circular Quay. Bus stop out the front. Short walk to both Neutral Bay and Cremorne shops. Amazing harbour walks and gardens on your doorstep. This is a great chilled place to live....very quiet and lots of space. Hello My appartment is fully furnished and newly renovated. It is a 5min walk to the Harbour Bridge and Milsons Point train station. The postcode is North Sydney but its really in Kirribilli. Short or long term stay will be fine. The room availiable has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. I also have sheets and towels if required. I do not smoke but if you do you can out side. The appartment is in a lovely position and feels like its in the suburbs but very close to the city. It is also quiet.
So my current housemate is looking to move out, not sure exactly what date yet, but will be sometime early January so looking for someone to move in after that. The room is big enough to fit a queen size bed (pictured), with a built in wardrobe and gets some good natural light. Big spacious living room area. Sadly just the one bathroom that we will need to share. Unlimited internet is an additional $30 a month, and the only other bill is electricity quarterly. Great location to the rest of Neutral Bay, with a bus stop directly outside the if you don't have a car. 10-15 minute walk to either Woollies or The Oaks. The apartment is simply stunning. Incredible views of the harbour, the Harbour Bridge and the city gives it an extremely open feel with great light and views. It is currently furnished but since my outgoing flatmate owns everything I'll need to replace it - so if you've got a fridge or washing machine etc that's awesome! If not, no worries, I'll arrange to replace it. The bedrooms are unfurnished. The building is secure and also includes 2 pools (heated indoor and outdoor), sauna, outdoor BBQ facilities, expansive grounds and a games room downstairs. The building and all its grounds are a non-smoking zone. We are a few minutes walk to Kirribilli village and under 10 mins walk to either North Sydney or Milsons Point train stations so it's a super convenient. The rooms that are available have an unrestricted view of the harbour and the city, straight to the bridge. Room 1 has a big mirrored built in wardrobe. Room 2 is slightly smaller with a freestanding wardrobe.They both have ceiling fans and enough room to fit a queen bed. The bathroom is shared between the two rooms, ,so sharing with one other. Ideally looking for someone in a similar age range, down to earth, clean, tidy and respectful. Definitely not a party house but would love flatmates who are chilled and happy to order food and watch a movie with a glass of wine on occassion.

Hi there! My housemate has just moved to Melbourne, so I've got a room for rent in my lovely apartment in Neutral Bay. The apartment is on the third (top) floor of a medium sized double brick block, with views facing east out over the harbour and over NB and Mosman. There's no bridge in the view due to an unfortunately placed nearby block, but still some great firework viewing from the large balcony and pretty much every room in the house. The room is a large sized double room, furnished with a double bed, desk and a few other necessities. Probably perfect for someone who's just moved here. The rest of the apartment is also fully furnished. Single but large bathroom, good kitchen and large living area. Internal laundry with washer and dryer. Unlimited internet available - cost included in the rent. Short walking distance to NB Junction, multiple shops, busses to North Sydney and Wynyard or down to the ferry for a quick trip into Circular Quay. Heaps of safe on-street parking is also available in the area. There's also a 25m pool in the block for the use of residents in the block's gardens and the Neutral Bay Club and park are barely a stone's throw away. The building is non-smoking and no-loud-parties. Rent also includes fortnightly cleaners, but gas and electricity bills will be separate.

Things I love about the apartment... it's been updated! Lovely wooden floors, mirrored built in robes, full sized bath, washing machine & dishwasher! I also can never get enough of the beautiful view of the harbour and the iconic harbour bridge! The outdoor communal area has a great view of the North Sydney business district and a lot of outdoor seating etc.. What is available? Great sized bedroom that is fully furnished with modern furnishings. Built in mirrored robe with clean bedding, towels and basic amenities available. The lounge room has a super comfy large couch, big smart tv with netflix and stan. There is plenty of off-street parking available out front or back. Or if you need access to a lock up garage with storage this can be arranged for a small additional fee.
