We love living in Lane Cove as the transportation is easy and close to the city, Chatswood, Macquarie, St Leonards etc. Our apartment is on the 19th floor overlooking the river with a swimming pool and a mini gym on level 2. Very nice! Rent would be $300 per week and with either the electricity or hot water bill to be paid monthly on top. We don't really have any house rules other than being respectful and tidy. It is an apartment block so low noise and being cautious of others is a must. We do have Foxtel and Wifi also.

This also means we're 10 minutes walk from the shops, pub, aquatic center etc. We've got reverse-cycle aircon, gas hot water and cooking, dishwasher, and 100mbit cable internet. The house is wired for Foxtel if that's your thing. The driveway is large enough to fit 3 cars abreast (4-5 total), so parking is easy. We've had the place for about 5 years, so things run pretty well. We are... Luke: 30, full-time programmer. Likes computers, motorbikes, music, videogames and rum. Chris: 27, electrician and gym junkie. All round good bloke. Nikki: 34, the Scottish ghost of the house.
