This is a charming, sun filled 2 bedroom flat in Lane Cove. Just a 5 minutes drive away from both the Chatswood & Lane Cove shopping areas, its in a quiet (leafy) neighbourhood but also very conveniently located. It's around 15 minutes away from Lane Cove Interchange and a similar distance to Chatswood and Artarmon tran stations.

The room is North facing, so it gets plenty of sunlight through the day. There's large cupboards, and a queen bed (and mattress) in the room. The room is otherwise unfurnished.

The living room is spacious (also has an A/C) and it has an adjoining balcony; there's plenty of trees & birds around which make it very pleasant.

About the flatmates

Hey!

You will be sharing this 2 room house with me. My name is Sal. I moved to Sydney from Tasmania just before the pandemic to start my current role as a lawyer. I work 9-7++ on weekdays and spend most weekends doing errands and having some downtime. I enjoy running, swimming and bushwalking on weekends. I tend to read a lot so I'm usually quite quiet. I love nature and have a somewhat unorthodox taste in music.

I enjoy having good conversations and would appreciate the evening meal/drink with my housemate. I also like my home clean & tidy, and would appreciate if my housemate prefers it the same way. Not much of a party person, so would also prefer the home to be ... homely! I bring friends over sometimes for a meal or for hangs, and you'd be welcome to do the same of course. I'd love for you to treat this place like your own space/home when you're here!
