Hey dudes and dudettes, I live in this great 3 (4?) bedroom house, and I'm looking for other peeps to move in. The house is pretty great and I'm relaxed, looking for other relaxed peeps to move in for hopefully all of 2017. The place is an 8 minute walk to Concord Hospital and a 10 minute walk to Rhodes station and 5 minute Rhodes Shopping Centre (IKEA!) The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an extra separate toilet, lounge room, study/sunroom (4th bedroom?), laundry, and kitchen. All common rooms will be fully furnished (not shown in the pictures because I am bad at taking pictures) and we can organise to furnish your room if you want too. If you do have extra furniture though there should be plenty of room for it in the house, so don’t worry about that. The "smaller" room is a decent size, has a built in wardrobe and is completely private. It is $410/fortnight plus bills. Bills should end up being ~$15/week as Jarrod gets ~$80 concessions on bills every quarter. The "bigger" room is actually two rooms, with an inbuilt small cupboard, but no wardrobe, there is however ample space for you to put any furniture you have.
