- Available room comes furnished with builtin robe, double bed (not single bed), bed side table, desk and chair. Shared bathroom with me and one Chinese guy, although I will mostly use the WC downstairs.
- Available early Feb. Rent $290 pw + appr. $30 pw for bills.
There is no off-street parking space. You could rent a space, or park in front of the house, or park on the street outside community (around 300m away).
Max 4 people living in the house (1 female Vietnamese + 2 males from Italy and China). Me and my 3 pomeranians live downstairs. Upstairs has one Italian live in the master room (with his ensuite), you and a Chinese guy in other 2 single rooms will share the bathroom.
Must like dogs as I have 3 small pomeranians. They will be downstairs only.

About the flatmates
I am female profesional who work fulltime during weekdays. I love cooking and happy to share my food if you are adventurous :) Don't worry, I will make regular food. I do a bit gardening.
There is three people in the house at the moment: one Aussie/NZ guy works in Ikea nearby in other room, one Chinese Student/part-time worker and me (Female Vietnamese fulltime worker) living downstairs.
There are 3 small pomeranians living with me. They are all friendly and love to know stranger.
