Hey we are a young couple who spend most of the day out of the house working and have recently purchased and renovated a large double story house, we have 2 large rooms available down stairs with built in wardrobes and plenty of space for a single or a couple. We are a 3 min drive to the local shops and 2.5km to macquarie fields station which is on the city/airport line. Our house is located next to a park reserve on a quite street and a 1km walk to to a small beach located on georges river. I am a personal trainer and my garage has enough equipment for some good workouts which you are welcome to use.
The rent will include 2 x bedrooms 1 large 1 small .large one has ensuite good size backyard,off street parking .will be sharing with single dad & 3 young boys .so will have to be able to tolerate children.5 minutes walk to mall or 15 minutes walk to train station

The room on offer is the Master bedroom. The area is quiet, villa is situated at the end of a driveway off the road, parking is available. I like living here because it is quiet (no street noise that you normally get inner city) and close to station, close to shops; supermarkets at Glenquarie & Ingleburn. I work as accountant & cook 5 nights a week If you cook you can arrange before me possibly. We can arrange that when we meet. If you are a student wanting home cooked food then that is open for discussion. You need to be working and primarily a non-smoker. I could consider smoking outside only. I am an ex-smoker so there would have to be no smoking inside. If you are into excessive drinking then this is not the place for you. There is alternate weekend cleaning of common areas. Only normal electricity usage is included, not heater usage. You would have to pay for what you use for the heater. I heat the main area. Has alarm.
