About the property

This awesome house is in a quiet part of the neighbourhood, surrounded by trees with a shopping centre in the next street and another set of shops just up the road. It is safe, with an enclosed secure courtyard and has a private backyard, a carport and storage area. If you use public transport, the bus stop is directly outside, just walk across the street! The train station is also a 10min walk away and a 4min bus ride will bring you to the local aquatic centre and fitness complex. I've been here for about 18 months and its been one of the most convenient and peaceful places I have ever lived.

About the flatmates

I am the single occupant. Don't let my age make you think I am a serious adult, far from it. I'm still a big kid who loves gaming, music, singing and movies. I am pretty easy going and friendly. If you are chatty, I'm chatty. If you keep to yourself, I am happy to do the same. I tend to use headphones most of the time unless I am alone in the house so if you are looking for a quiet environment, this is certainly the place. I like my peace and quiet and strive for a stress-free home.

I have a 1 year old kitty named Luna who is litter trained.

I am looking for someone who is responsible and financially stable, preferably looking for something long term. If you are a smoker, there is no smoking in the house but there is a backyard and front courtyard that is available. For pet owners, big dogs may be too much for the cat to handle but other cats and smaller dogs should be ok.
