We have 2 big rooms available in our house in Drummoyne. Moving in date is flexible but the rooms are only available until 1st June 2017. We are on the water right under the Gladesville Bridge. We have a boat shed, jetty, large garden and parking...what more could you want! The house is full of character, has 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and is full of light. Both rooms are very large (can easily fit double bed with more than enough room for activities around it), and have built ins. One room has ocean/bridge views and the other larger room doesn't. Rooms range $250-$320 (+bills) and will be extra for couples. We also have a part-time dog called Winston so unfortunately no other pets will be considered.

For running routes, theres a straight shot over the Gladesville-Hornsby bridge, towards Anzac bridge and the popular Iron Cove Bay Run.

The room itself is unfurnished, and you have pretty much exclusive your own bathroom /shower as its the only bedroom downstairs (2 more upstairs). We have plenty of furniture in the house, dining table, BBQ, kitchen stuff. . Currently it's Will (34) and Shaun (31) in the house. We have a dog Sugar and Will does a bit of petsitting so you have to at least tolerate pups. If you love them, even better! We are pretty laid back and pretty decent at keeping things clean. It would be nice to get someone who would chip in without being asked occasionally. We also share a meal now and then. We have a spacious stainless steel kitchen, big deck and backyard with patio and fire pit. Solar panels keep the electricity bills down and solar/gas boosted hot water, unlimited cable ($15 a month if you want in). Bills (electricity/gas) are not included, but they are pretty good, especially in summer because of the solar panels. We would probably prefer a female to keep it all in balance.
