I love living here primarily because of the locale and the views - the waterfront views are to die for, and it's my favourite part. It's a 70s build apartment, that's been renovated in places to bring it into the modern era. I'm going to Europe for a month at the end of July, so i'm looking for someone to move in for that time!

Large, 2 storey double-brick house backing on to the bushland of Tennyson Park. Carpeted upstairs and bedrooms with timber floorboards downstairs. This also means we're 10 minutes walk from the shops, pub, aquatic center etc. We've got reverse-cycle aircon, gas hot water and cooking, dishwasher, and 100mbit cable internet. The house is wired for Foxtel if that's your thing but we barely use the TV. The driveway is large enough to fit 3 cars abreast (4-5 total), so parking is easy.
