Hello! I am listing a bedroom within a fully furnished (bedroom excluded) brand new water-view apartment. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the apartment has intercom security, air-con/heating, dishwasher, clothes washer, dryer, large balcony, elevator. There is also free Foxtel available :) It is situated away from the main road and is very quiet. It is with a few minutes walk of shops and public transport (buses). The bedroom available is the large, main bedroom. It has 2 sets of built-in wardrobes, a large en suite bathroom, and water-views. It also has a 'TV Arial' port. The cost of rent is $380 for the big room with the ensuite, or we can swap and you can pay $360 for the smaller room which I am in now. You still get your own bathroom, built-ins, TV Arial port and waterviews :) The bills are to be split between us :) Currently, broadband internet is $60 per month ($15 per fortnight per person), and gas and electricity are split between us as they come. I will continue to pay for Foxtel which you can use free of charge. There is no on-premises car parking (I use the only available space), however there is off-street parking available in the evenings/mornings. Perfect if you drive to work! I believe you can also negotiate to rent a parking spot with the building manager if you do want one :)

Downstairs is used as a large study/office and there's plenty of storage available. There's heaps of room to sprawl out or find a quiet bit of the house to chill. Backyard has an undercover bbq area and a split-level lawn. Garden maintenance is handled professionally and we've got that sorted already. The house is about 10 minutes' walk from the major Lane Cove bus interchange, and there's closer stops to the house for various routes. In case you've never been here, the interchange has buses going to city-bound and epping-bound (mac uni etc.) every few minutes. This also means we're 10 minutes walk from the shops, pub, aquatic center etc. We've got reverse-cycle aircon, gas hot water and cooking, dishwasher, and 100mbit cable internet. The house is wired for Foxtel if that's your thing but we barely use the TV. The driveway is large enough to fit 3 cars abreast (4-5 total), so parking is easy. We've had the place for about 5 years, so things run pretty well. We are... Luke: 30, full-time programmer. Likes computers, motorbikes, music, videogames and rum. Helen: 30, works + studies. Likes sportsball and gin. Nikki: 34, the Scottish ghost of the house. He works full-time and will occasionally cross your path between entering and exiting the house. Harmless but easily startled.
