Hi there! :-) We're looking for a new person to join us in our 3-bedroom apartment starting Sunday 4 June 2017. Rent is only $247 a week per person. Bills are not included, and are shared equally three ways: electricity (quarterly) and WiFi (monthly). The room is a good size with plenty of natural light and a built-in closet. It also opens up onto the balcony of our apartment. Please note that smoking is allowed outdoors only. Our place comes with off-street parking downstairs. Public transport is easy - the bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away. The 505 runs from Woolwich to the city and return, and the 538 runs from Woolwich to Gladesville and return. The ferry is also very close by (7 minutes' walk) and will take you to Circular Quay. Woolwich is a lovely suburb right on the water, between Hunters Hill, Lane Cove, and Drummoyne. We are only 10km from the Sydney CBD by car, and 20 minutes from the city by ferry. We live above a Thai restaurant (winning for all nights on which you are too lazy to cook), and are only a couple of doors up from the Woolwich Pier Hotel (great for drinks on all days ending with a "Y"). Woolwich is a beautifully quiet area with wonderful water views and wonderful people. Summer here is particularly stunning, as our balcony provides a clear view over the Lane Cove River toward Chatswood and the city. Hi Everyone, room available in an amazing waterfront apartment in Drummoyne. Very sad to see our housemate Courtney is leaving after staying with us for a year. The room available is large enough to fit a queen size bed comfortably, and has a built in wardrobe. Apartment has 4 bedrooms (1 with ensuite) and you will be sharing a large bathroom with 2 others. Other housemates are clean and considerate and are often away with work for extended periods. This apartment has a huge balcony with stunning harbour views and a BBQ. Plenty of storage in the kitchen, also has a new dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Broadband wireless internet, Foxtel Play, Apple TV, Netflix, Phillips Hue light bulbs in the lounge - Living area (Google it :) ), and PS4 are all included in the rent. Landlord has also installed new blinds throughout the apartment. Electricity is divided by four people every 3 months (around $100 each), that is the ONLY bill. Our previous flatmate went skydiving last weekend, as such we have a medium sized third bedroom available. The living room has Harbour Bridge views and you don’t even need to sit in the corner and twist your neck very much to see it. A stone’s throw from the ferry (if you’re Ricky Ponting) and a 2 minute sprint to the bus stop or the pub (if you’re late to work or really thirsty).
