It's a 70s build apartment, that's been renovated in places to bring it into the modern era. I've been living by myself in this spacious property, and only recently has it dawned on me that I should probably share the space with an easy going like minded flat mate!

We are a couple in a big six bedroom house and are looking for a housemate (or two) to share the rent. Being such a large place, we are looking either for 2 individuals who want to take a room each (shared bathroom between yourselves with two toilets), or a couple. The house is huge, six bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, two kitchens (up stairs and downstairs), two lounge rooms both fully decked out (again one up stairs and one downstairs) so there's plenty of space to entertain or just chill out. Your choice from one of three double rooms, all with built-ins, either furnished or unfurnished. The house has plenty of off street parking. There's also public transport (bus or ferry) only a few minutes walk away. Gas/electricity and water bills are shared quarterly. We are a professional couple in our 30's and 40's who are always up for a chat and drinks, but are also respective of privacy.
