This 2 bedroom flat is a clean & cosy delight in a very green setting surprisingly not far from Chatswood or Roseville stations. It's on its own level under a large home, accessed via it's own entrance with french doors onto a leafy private courtyard in a really beautiful area of Sydney.

There's aircon, a great expresso machine (share the cost of Campos beans! :) ), dishwasher, front-loading washing machine and dryer, blender, Dyson vac, plus cookware & utensils; highspeed NBN throughout, Apple TV… it's a really functional pleasant home.

I'm all for sharing the home and spaces, and happy to have your friends over, dinner parties etc from time to time, but prefer folks who tend to have regular working hours and not a night owl! : )

Note please that I'm only renting ONE of the rooms - I'll move into the one you don't choose. The big bedroom has excellent space, a walk-in robe AND a big wardrobe. The smaller one has a good sized high built-in w/robe. The beds in the photos are available or you can bring your own. Desks are available for either room. Couples are welcome - for the master bedroom + a small increase in the rent.
