This area leads to a beautiful in ground swimming pool surrounded by palm trees. It is only a short stroll to the Nightcliff markets and Nightcliff foreshore and jetty. This really is a beautiful property that needs to be seen. Im a 39 year old shift worker and would like to live with people that respect each others space and who are happy to contribute to the upkeep of the common areas. A beer, wine and meal would be a nice thing to share with each other every so often. The House: Is a beautiful elevated, louvered affair with huge deck overlooking a huge pool, fringed with large amounts of luscious greenery. It’s a four-bedroom, two-bathroom house with a large living area and off-street parking. We are a young couple looking to welcome someone or a couple to our self-contained granny flat in Stuart Park. We are located in a quiet court in Stuart Park near shops, schools and public transport and only 2.5 km from the CBD. The house is occupied by a young couple and includes a master bedroom, office and spare bedroom. There is a large veranda to the front, great for entertaining which we are more than happy to share! There is undercover parking available and garden maintenance is included. We have just relocated from Brisbane this week and are currently waiting on our furniture to arrive. Once that occurs all of the basics will be available for shared use - washing machine and dryer, outdoor setting, BBQ, living area, etc. The granny flat will be the only area of the house not furnished.
