Bright, open plan place with nice big courtyard AND A POOL! Other normal stuff: air con, unlimited internet, fans, dishwasher etc. House furnished but room not (though the departing flatmate has an amazing quality mattress to sell). Importantly - there's also an attention seeking indoor large dog which is the best part of the house :-) Car park is on the street, but in a really safe neighbourhood and plenty of space available. Hence the reason for extremely low rent price for this sought after area! I'm really flexible either way. Because there's a spare room, I'm also pretty flexible about the move in date over the next month or so.
