About the property
The place is fairly new and spacious. A quiet street, safe, close to both the nightcliff foreshore and the nightcliff shops. Good neighbours.
The available room is unfurnished, with an ensuite. The house itself is almost fully furnished (have washing machine, microwave, fridge etc), but I dont have a TV etc in the living room (it went with the old housemate!). You are welcome to bring what furniture/appliances you have, but if you don't have any, the only essential you need is a bed. The building is a block of units, with offstreet parking available (the apartment has 2 parking spots, I dont use either of them). Sadly no pool!
Good aircon in all rooms.

About the flatmates
I'm a working professional in the community mental health space. I am a social person, but live a fairly quiet home life, valuing good sleep and rest outside of my job. I am in bedroom 2 (next to the kitchen). The master bedroom with ensuite is available, as my old house mate has returned home for study.
I'm leaving Darwin in August this year, and the lease finishes end of July - you would be welcome to take it over from that point. The landlord and agents have been great thus far.
