My flat is welcoming and relaxing, has a great view (there is a green area in front the balcony that you can enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea). There are plenty of plants for decoration and some homely touches which provide a cosy environment. The kitchen is renovated which means it is clean and has lots of cupboards. It has a living room and dinning table in the common area. The location is great! Around this area you can find the shopping mall, restaurants, gym, the hospital, Access Canberra and the bus station. By walking it will take 5 minutes to Westfield woden and 10 minutes to the bus stop.

Your room can be furnished depending on your preference and the rest of apartment is fully furnished and air conditioned. The location is excellent, quiet and away from roads yet still right next to the Woden town centre. This room available from mid November with short-term or long-term stays welcomed, as long as it is longer than 8 weeks. Couples are welcome however rent would be $350. Ideally if you are after a long-term stay and we get along well, an ongoing arrangement can be organised.

The ground floor apartment with direct street access is located on Printers Way (directly across from Norgrove Park), a two minute walk from Kingston Foreshore. Superbarn and the Kingston shops are 5 minutes away. The room is sizeable (by Canberra standards) and measures 310x310 with a double mirrored built in robe and plenty of hanging/shelf space. It easily fits a queen sized bed, two side tables and a free-standing chest of drawers. It gets plenty of natural sunlight and is offset from the street so there is no traffic noise. The living area is huge with a large, fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom with washer/dryer and a sunny courtyard perfect for gardening and entertaining. The house is well insulated, warm in winter and cool in summer, with ducted heating/cooling in every room. The Internet is super fast (way better than NBN) as its on the VDSL network. There is plenty of street parking for cars and an undercover car park may be available (but will cost extra). The apartment is fully furnished, and we have plenty of storage space. Sorry, no couples. A lot of comfortable common areas to spend time in, and a large bright backyard with outdoor dining areas. Central heating and cooling installed.
