My housemate is moving out late January/early February to live with his girlfriend, so I'm looking for a new housemate to move in around then. Located on the first floor, the flat is furnished except for your bedroom, which currently contains a queen bed with two side tables, and a small desk used for study. No pets and no smoking indoors. There is a balcony that can be used for this purpose, and is also ideal for pizza and drinks as the weather warms up. Rent is split evenly and is $804 PCM each (approx. $201 a week). Bills are extra (there's only water and electricity), and work out to be about $50-$70 a month depending on the season. Internet is currently $40 a month and handles our Netflix/Stan/Internet gaming addictions very well. The area is very well serviced by public transport.
