The room is fully furnished with a queen bed/twin beds, study desks, wardrobes, side tables and lamps. It also has a large flatscreen TV, huge windows, and unlimited wi-fi is included. The two-storey house has a large garden with a BBQ area. Smoking is fine in the backyard just not inside the house. The house is in an excellent location in a pleasant and safe neighbourhood. 5 minute walk to Tooronga station, this is a wonderful share-house with heaps of space. It has all of the essentials in large doses - spacious bedroom and lounge and the most enormous backyard! The room has built in robes and is sparsely furnished (Queen mattress, couch, desk). The rest of the house is fully furnished. Unfortunately only a 2 month stay is offered as the house is getting demolished from July :( :( :(

I believe our building allows small animals (I am open to a small dog if trained and does not cause issues). Your room is big enough for a Double/Queen side room and has a decent size wardrobe. Room is big enough to fit a few dressers comfortably. You will have your own bathroom that only you will have access to. I am open to a couple as well (for a small additional amount a week) You will have the 1 secured parking spot under the building (I pay for a different spot) But there is also access to a secured guest parking for friends/family
