I love where I live! Its central to everything. I live on a beautiful street, the very famous 'St Georges Rd" of elsternwick. No need for a car, the shops, train station, trams are all within walking distance. The building itself is a beautiful old Edwardian mansion and my unit is the only one with a courtyard. As I am a keen gardener, I have created a beautiful oasis for myself an anyone else that can appreciate it.
