There is no other furniture except the air conditioner and the two closets in the room. The room can fit in a Queen size bed. There is only one bathroom in the house, but there are two toilets. Basic kitchen appliances and kitchen utensils are already in place. If you don't cook, I would love to cook for you if you pay for me 8 dollars per meal, of course this just a option. Bills all share, 240 dollars per week without bill. Hi there. My current roomie is moving out so I'm looking for a new flat mate. I've got a two bedroom apartment next to a train station and tram in Glen Iris. The location is ace. It's got one bathroom, a kitchen, a huge lounge/dining room, large master bedroom and small second bedroom. Kitchen/bathroom/laundry is fully set up. I've converted the lounge/dining room into a studio and my roomie had the master bedroom plus the small room with rent split equally ($230/week) but I'm thinking of reshuffling things a bit so could either rent out the small second bedroom for ~$175/week with a shared lounge; or could rent the studio bit and take the two smaller rooms for myself. The photos show kitchen, bathroom, the smallest bedroom, the lounge back when it was a lounge and then again now that it's a studio - bit confusing but you get the gist.
