It does not include wi-fi internet and utilities (electricity and gas, no charge for water). Wi-Fi Internet is around 40 dollars each. In terms of electricity bill, if it's not winter, 30 dollars per month each. Gas is around 20 dollars each per month. There is a bond of 800 dollars. The room is unfurnished. It is big enough for a double bed. It has a built-in wardrobe. The apartment is on the second floor. The unit is furnished. It is 20 minutes away via tram to South Yarra. There are some cafes within the area. Glen Iris is a lovely suburb. In terms of public transport, it is 5 minutes away to Gardiner Station. The apartment is just across a tram stop (Stop 50, Tram 72). I study/work at Monash and it takes me 20 minutes for me to get to uni: 10 minutes tram and 10 minutes train (Toorak Station). Going to the city via train takes 20 minutes. You will be sharing the apartment with me. I often have mid-week dinner with my partner in the apartment. He sometimes stays with me during weekends. But in some weekends, I don't stay in the apartment as I stay in my partner's place. I work as an academic at Monash University Caulfield. This is the reason why I have so many books.
