Hello fellow flatmates🤗 I am renting out my beautiful bright and big room (for ONE MONTH from approx. 19th June- 17th July) in my cool, clean and tranquil sharehouse in Malvern😃. The house has ample space, multiple living areas and a nice outdoor area that extends around the whole perimeter of the house! There is also a BBQ which comes in great use! The house is situated in great location- tucked into a quiet street between Malvern Rd and High St which have trams running frequently to St kilda, Richmond and the CBD. It's a very quick 6-8 minute walk to Tooronga Railway (15 mins travel time to the CBD) and less than 500m from F45, Goodlife Gym, BP service station and express IGA. The house is close to Chapel St and located walking distance to Glenferrie Rd which has numerous cafes, restaurants and shops! My room is at the back end of the house and right next to the bathroom and toilet which is primarily shared with Shannyn (since Jason and Liam share another bathroom/toilet). Rent (with ALL bills included; internet, electricity, gas and water) is $225 per week which is super cheap for this location and room size! There is also heating and air conditioning🙂.
This place is a bit diffrent. It's right in the heart of Malvern. It's ontop of a shop. Close too all shops/ restaurants /banks ect.Tram stop outside front. Have own private stairs which is sweet.. I'm a 36 y.o male/straight. Chef. Looking for a working friendly person to share with. Intrest are cooking, gaming and vaping lol. 420 house friendly as well. Would suit a single guy or a easy going girl. I'm quite warm and like creative things. The house is situated in the center of Malvern, only a five minute walk from a 24 hour Coles and the famous Glenferrie road, where the number 16 and 6 tram are accessible as well as the Malvern train station, which is only a 10 minute walk. There are numerous food and shopping destinations within walking distance, as well as the hawthorn night life only being a couple of tram stops away. The apartment itself is also decked out with a smart TV which has Netflix and Stan included, a split system and a balcony which has a beautiful view of the Malvern landscape. It is a very inexpensive property- only bills are electricity (your share $50-$150 every 3 months) and internet (your share $30 per month). Your room: Amazing storage, built in wardrobe.
