Superbly located at the end of a no through road, our house is in a very quiet but convenient area, and features new carpets, newly painted walls, air conditioning, floor boards, front and back verandas, and a large back garden, with fruit trees. There is a large backyard for entertaining, and a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. The bathroom and kitchen are both original, but neat and tidy. The property is located on a very quiet street, and the local Bakery is a 1 minute walk away. 4 minutes walk away are the local shops on Duthy Street (Butcher, Fruit and Veg). Bills (water, gas, electricity, internet) are additional to the rent. Internet is $35/month for high speed satellite wireless broadband (30kbps download/5kbps upload). It's located really convenient place where is one of the best location in Adelaide. - 1min walking distance from IGA, - 13min walk to Coles and Woolworth - 1min walk to many restaurants such as Domino's, Mexican food, Italian food, Beskin Robbins, Subway.. etc. - 1 min walk to the bus stop. It takes only 15min to get to the city by bus and you don't need to transfer. - 15min to the Flinders university by car. The best thing about this place is that it has really good security service so no one can enter if they don't know security number.
Beautiful house superbly located on a very nice and quite area. Only 1 block away from Unley road, Cross road and shops. Micham and Unley Shopping centers are only 10 blocks away in opposite directions. The house is in perfect maintenance state with everything working. It has central air conditioning / heater, a nice front yard and a porche. It also has a separate laundry room with washing machine. The bathroom and kitchen are very neat and tidy with all you need to be comfortable. The house has unlimited internet ($69 p/month) which along with bills (electricity, gas) are split. I'm looking at renting out my bedroom while I travel (between 6 and 12 months). I'd pay half the rent (so it'd end up being like... $50 a week) and the only catch is that you'd need to be primary caregiver to my cats! I'd pay for food/litter whatever and have family who can help out if there are vet requirements. They don't need a *lot* of care, just food and some love.
