There is a large backyard for entertaining, and a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. The bathroom and kitchen are both original, but neat and tidy. The property is located on a very quiet street, and the local Bakery is a 1 minute walk away. 4 minutes walk away are the local shops on Duthy Street (Butcher, Fruit and Veg). There is quick access to four different public transport services. Bills (water, gas, electricity, internet) are additional to the rent and are an additional $27.50 per week for all four bills. Internet is a high speed satellite wireless broadband. Fully furnished available for an additional $10/week. Couples are welcome, but at an additional cost of $45 per week. Big house... lots of room. There is a dog, hunter who lives here with us. He is friendly and a weird ball of fun. We live super close to the city, you can walk, ride your bike or catch the bus to the city. We have all the furniture in all common areas. You would just need to furnish your room but happy for you to add your own style to our home so it feels just as much yours as it is ours. The room is large and is based at the front of the house.

Only 1 block away from Unley road, Cross road and shops. Micham and Unley Shopping centers are only 10 blocks away in opposite directions. The house is in perfect maintenance state with everything working. It has central air conditioning / heater, a nice front yard and a porche. It also has a separate laundry room with washing machine. The bathroom and kitchen are very neat and tidy with all you need to be comfortable. The house has unlimited internet ($69 p/month) which along with bills (electricity, gas) are split.
