I love the location of this flat, it's so close to public transport and the Carnegie shopping strip! It's a 5 minute walk to cafes, Carnegie station, the local pub and woolies. This place stays warm during winter and has great aircon during summer. We have a fantastic little community here, and I know that whoever moves in will love it just as much as I do.

This place would be perfect for students. The bedroom can be furnished depending on your needs. It is a big bedroom and will fit a double bed and study desk. It also has a big walk in wardrobe! Hi, I have a couple of registered rooming houses in East Malvern. One house has 8 rooms and 2 bathrooms and the other 4 rooms and 1 bathroom, they are about 200 metres from Carnegie Station and the wonderful Koornang Rd Shopping Strip. Accomodation includes bills and wireless internet. All rooms are furnished with bed, desk, TV etc and larger rooms have a couch and coffee table as well. Some rooms also have a private outside/courtyard area.The smaller rooms are $225 a week the larger ones are $250.00 a week and include internet, electricity etc

I've got a wardrobe and desk that I can leave behind for you, but if you'd prefer to bring your own, I can organise for them to be moved/gotten rid of. This Unit is really close to public transport - tram, bus and Caulfield station is about a 10 minute walk away. The bathroom you'll be using is pretty much yours. Furniture is needed for your room but there is a built in wardrobe and its pretty spacious. There is a fridge etc, but a bigger one would be welcomed! There is ducted heating - it works well upstairs where the bedrooms are. The kitchen is not big, so cleaning up after yourself is pretty much a necessity, but everything works. There is a balcony and small back yard. I don't have pets, but I do love them. You will have to check with the agent on this. You will need to take over the lease which ends February 2018. There is no TV in the living area but I would definitely welcome one too!
