No need to stay in your room even if you do want some solo time as (as we all do from time to time) Central heating and air conditioning. Unlimited internet. Situated in a secluded and quiet location. It is within easy walking distance to the station and an even quicker walk to the tram. You will have your choice of 2 bedrooms, both with built in robes. There will only be one flatmate in the house with me as I want to keep the extra bedroom free for family or guests. You will be sharing with one mature male. I enjoy entertaining but don't do a lot. My home is my safe spot, a haven from the hurly burly of the outside world. A lot of the time you will have the place to yourself as I frequently travel nationally for work.
