We're looking for friendly active people, hopefully interested in shared meals, social hang-out times, but we also respect each others personal space and needs. We take turns doing household cleaning jobs, and are responsible for our own mess. The house is super close to Chadstone shopping centre, and ten minutes from the Chadstone Bus Interchange, there is easy access to shops, dining and transport. The house is situated very close to the number 3 tram and a 10 to 15 minute walk to train services (Caulfield and East Malvern stations). The property is well maintained and comes with all needed appliances, decent outdoor areas, etc. The room offered has a full width wardrobe to accommodate abundant storage. Garden and lawns are maintained, we have cleaners come to the home each fortnight but there is a house rule for everyone to leave common areas clean once they are finished with the area.
