One bedroom available in my house at Wynnum. It's a 3 bedroom house, I'm a 26 year old female, I work full time for the government, myself and my partner live in the main bedroom. For a single person It's $150 per week including all bills, for a couple $230 per week, including all bills. you also have your own bathroom. The room is decent sized, 3x3 plus a decent sized wardrobe. The house was only built about 4-5 years ago, so everything is brand new. About 200 meters away from Wynnum north train station, so super easy to get into the city. The rent includes all bills, 200gb of cable internet, electricity and gas. House is less than 5 minutes away from shops. We would prefer females or couples, non- smokers.. We have a little cavalier x Maltese puppy called Ralph, he is the best. So if you have a pet, we may need to introduce them first to make sure they get along. We have a BBQ and spa out the back. We're a quiet house, and we're looking for quiet people. There is a single garage and places to park on the street inside the complex. You will have a bathroom with toilet bath and shower to yourself, built in robes and ceiling fan. There is air con in the lounge. I am very energy saver, one light burning etc... garden is looked after but we look after small backyard. My dog is extremly chilled out shes an old lady now, doesnt bark, jump, may lick to say hello. You will have your own space in cupboard for your food, I work alot.i love music and going out for dinner.
