About the flatmates

I'm easy going fellow who works locally. I travel at times for my job. I live a very quiet life but I like my footy and golf. I play golf quite regularly. I often work out at my gym and I can be found down at the PCYC at times. I don't smoke and lead a healthy lifestyle. Ultimately, I am looking for a student who is quite studious. I know what it is like to study and my place is one that is a great fit for students. No parties unfortunately.
