Your room will be fully furnished and the bathroom is “shared” but only because it’s the only room with a bathtub, most of the time it will be yours alone. I am a 23 year old female barista working in a local cafe 5 days a week and I will be looking to start studying in the near future. Im a HUGE animal lover and love to get out and about when I have a day off. I have a husky called Neva that lives in the house as well and she is my child so if you have allergies this may be a problem for you. Neva has a hilarious super sassy attitude and loves to back chat but she’s all talk and adores people and attention. Tom is a 24 year old male currently working as a meter reader and works Monday - Friday and the occasional Saturday. We both love music and try to get to as many live shows as possible. Also we don’t mind the occasional sneaky after work beer while we sit and talk about our day. We have lived in this house for over two years and never had a problem with the neighbourhood. Our neighbours on either side of us are great and we have a good relationship with them both. We are basically just looking for someone reliable around the same age as us that we can sit and have a chat to and feel comfortable with. The room that will be available is a double room with two big built in cupboards and an en-suite attached. We have everything for the house you just need to furnish your own room! The house has a huge lock up garage that both myself and Tom don’t even use so if you want to lock your car up we can definitely discuss that. Tom and I have been friends for years and we are both super chill and share all cooking equipment like bowls, pans, pots, cutlery etc but we are also respectful and will understand if you want to use your own stuff. We are both clean but not crazy about everything being spotless and smhick all the time. We share a pantry but if you want to designate certain shelves to yourself we will understand and be respectful of that. It’s a 4bed 2bath newly renovated house. The room has a ceiling fan and built in wardrobe with more wardrobe space If needed. The kitchen has all the appliances including fridge and the laundry has a washer and dryer. You would generally have your own bathroom except for when we have guests. Only looking for one roommate. The house is across the road from a park in a quiet street. Close to shops, train station and a short drive to the bay. I do have a friendly dog, that’s an inside outside dog.
