I own the property and have been sharing for over 8 years. I've had over 110 beautiful people living with me, from all over the world. The house has alot of character and the BIG room available at the moment has been home to 2 tradies over the past 5 years. Each have stayed for 2 1/2 years., both becoming part of the family and though they have moved on to their "own space" they still come around and visit and enjoy a home cooked meal :-) We have a pool, BBQ, Foxtel and a kayak. I love living in the Town house complex. Every one is very friendly and enjoy times with our neighbours in the pool. I have a lovely 14 year old cat, so I don't think we would be allowed to have another pet. I'm a mature, but not conservative woman, and am easy going most of the time. Would like my flatmate to be of similar age. Not into parties any more, but still up for a social gathering every now and then. Aircon upstairs and down.
