About the property
The townhouse is fairly new, and well kept. Facilities within the complex include benches, grassy areas, BBQ, and a carwash bay. Neighbours are quiet and respectful of each other.
The bus stop into the city is just a 2 minute walk away from the house, along with coffee shops, dentist, and other amenities. M1 entrance is a 6-7min drive away.
Wynnum plaza and Mayfair village are just 2km away, where you'll be able to find supermarkets, small grocers, pharmacies, kmart, the post office, and more restaurants.
We are a short 6 minute drive to both wynnum and manly foreshores and town centres, and 5-6 minutes drive to the train stations.
Your bedroom faces a leafy public park, decorated cozily, with both sheer and blockout curtains for privacy and shade. It is approx 3 x 3.5m in size, with generous wall to wall built in wardrobes, and brand new hybrid flooring. The room is on the third floor, so you'll have to be okay with stairs. It has both ceiling fan and split system airconditioning, and will be furnished with a brand new single mattress and frame (not pictured as they haven't been delivered yet!). Room can be furnished with a desk and chair as well, if you'd like, or you can bring your own. You'll be sharing the bathroom and toilet with just one other person. There is visitor parking within the complex, and easy on street parking just outside the complex.
Electricity and water bills are split among the housemates, and I provide unlimited 4G internet.

About the flatmates
We are a quiet and peace loving household of 2 friends, a cat, and a small dog. We are both in our 30s, and are working professionals. I am completing post-grad studies while working, and spend most of my time at home. My friend is out of the house most of the day as she works on site. We enjoy our own space, respect each other's privacy, and enjoy keeping the house clean and tidy. I love baking and enjoy feeding my housemates - so you'll be well fed with yummy bakes if you're up for it!
While we usually give each other plenty of privacy and space, we're also up for dinner outings, movie nights, walks along the foreshore with the dog, and board games.
We are looking for a pet loving housemate in her 20s-30s, who appreciates a quiet household, and enjoys taking care of the house as much as we do.
This is a smoke-free, drug-free, party-free house. No further pets will be allowed unfortunately, as body corporate by-laws restrict pets to 2 per household.
