Room comfortably fits a queen bed as well as two bedside tables, double dresser, standing mirror and desk. Bedroom has three powerpoints throughout the room, and tv antenna point. House comes with a dishwasher, all the usual appliances and cookware, heating and air conditioner, and solar heated gas which helps to keep bills down. NBN has just become available in our area this month and we will be upgrading soon. We are both clean and tidy and are looking for like minded people. Unfortunately, the landlord has said no pets. Available from the 8th December, bond is $500 and rent is $165 per week. Rent includes all communal cleaning products, toilet paper, kitchen supplies and a cleaner that comes fortnightly. Bills are split as they come.

I am a professional 33 year old working full time in Geelong and would like to share with a mature person in their 30's who has a steady job, is friendly, respectful and clean. I am pretty quiet during the week and on weekends I like to get out and about and hang out with friends, go out for brunch, head down to the beach for walks, go out for drinks and sometimes I just want to watch a movie in my pj's on a sat night. I live a relatively healthy lifestyle and would like to live with someone that is similar. It would be great to live with someone that is happy to have the occasional meal, beer or wine together. We don't want to live in each other's pockets but it's nice to be social. 10 min walk to Marshall station with trains to Geelong CBD, Melbourne CBD, Warrnambool. 15/20 min drive to Geelong CBD / Torquay / Barwon Heads There is also an IGA and Aldi supermarket close by. Anytime Fitness and F45 are practically around the corner if you're looking for a gym. Rent is $200 per week including bills, toilet paper and cleaning products in the rent. 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and comfortably fits a queen bed, 2 bedsides and a chest of draws in it depending how you set the room up. You would have the main bathroom whilst I have an ensuite but visitors will also use this bathroom so cleanliness is a must. There is lots of cupboard space in the bathroom. Looking for a person that also pitches in around the house to keep a nice home to enjoy and relax in. There is a backyard with an outdoor setting and grassed area and garden which I will take full responsibility for and don't expect you to do anything out there but enjoy it. This is definitely not a party house and is a smoke and drug free house. Drugs will 100% not be tolerated. Sorry no couples. I don't currently have Internet as I have a large data allowance on my phone but would be happy to go halves in connecting it on a month to month contract.
