Looking for a vegetarian or vegan housemate, 24-50, that doesnt drink alcohol or use drugs (more than three times a year), and gets home before 11:00pm most nights. Have to say this first to avoid wasting peoples time. Obviously this is not a loud party house. But I'm not a boring person to live with as much as it might sound that way to some folks. I've partied enough. :) 1 minute walk to The Gordon TAFE. If you like gardening there is plenty of growing space. And help yourself to the vegies I grow. I also make bread and soap which you can help yourself to. The house was renovated not long ago. Floorboards throughout. Two toilets. Washing machine and dishwasher. Air con and heater in lounge. 3 Stage water filter for drinking and cooking. I have two large sets of drawers in needed. Both rooms are 3m x 3.4m.
