I am a 30 year old actress and Maddie (23yo) studies creative writing and psychology. The room is large, sunny and spacious and has double mirrored built-in floor to ceiling wardrobe. It comfortably holds a double bed, tall boy, chest of drawers, bedside table with a lot of extra floor space. The apartment includes aircon/heater, a pretty outdoor balcony overlooking palm trees (how tropical 😜) and secure lock-up building.
