Ideal for short term stays. The room will be mostly occupied however I have availability for single weeks in February and March between:
Arriving Monday 23 February - Departing Monday 2nd March,
Arriving Monday 9th March - Departing Monday 16th March,
Arriving Monday 23 March - Departing Monday 30th March.

There is a minimum rate of $120 per night or the advertised weekly rate for couples or $600 for singles. Depending on the dates, I may be able to offer longer stays than one or two weeks. I will require a deposit once we have agreed to your stay to secure your dates and our arrangement.

Beaches are within walking distance or a 10-minute bus ride to Maroubra Beach or Yarra Bay Beach.

Heffron Park is 5 minutes' walk. 

Perfect location for those wanting to complete the Maroubra to Bondi walk and whale watching from Malabar Headland National Park (when in season).

My security apartment is in the heart of Matraville with buses, shops and restaurants at the front door. Woolworths shopping Centre 2 minutes' walk.

Main bedroom (King size bed) with your own ensuite bathroom (no bath) and small balcony off the bedroom with tables and chairs overlooking a garden. The bedroom door has a lock and the balcony has a crimsafe door that can also be locked if you want to keep open for fresh air.

What's included: Free to air TV, Netflix and internet. No wardrobe however a clothes rack provided to hang clothes and shelves. A desk and chair available with monitor and HDMI cable. Towels and linen provided. A remote ceiling fan for summer and a heater in winter. Everyday items such as tea, coffee, milk and washing powder.

You can easily access buses out the front and uber comes quick however there is onsite parking if you have a car.15/20 minutes to domestic airport by taxi/uber. 30 minutes by bus to Sydney Harbour and the City (in peak traffic this may take longer).

You are welcome to use the kitchen to cook. There is a weber bbq and air fryer available too. Nutri bullet and blender for smoothies.

Important information before you decide:

1. There are two cats that reside here. If you don't like cats or allergic to them, this is not the place for you.

2. This is not a party home. No guests visiting or staying overnight. (I am not a stiff, just like to know who is coming into my home - there are restaurants and pubs walking distance if you want to catch up with others.)

3. You cannot bring pets - Cats said NO!
